This fully stocked cottage is cozy, comfortable, and ready for guests.

*Sleeping Spaces:
- The master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a twin bed.
- The living room is equipped with a pull out couch or if preferred an air mattress is also available.
- A pack n play is available for young guests.

*Stay connected with fast wireless internet and enjoy the convenience of on-site laundry.

*The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy and complimentary K-cups and light snacks are provided.

*The Roku TV offer entertainment to log into your personal favorite subscriptions.

*A grill and fire pit are provided during April through October for guests to enjoy. Board games are available year round.

*Off-street parking adds convenience.

The entire house is for guests. The garage is not available for guest use.

Please utilize the Airbnb messaging to have the fastest and most reliable contact. This messaging system is set to priority for all communication.
Also available via text or phone if the Airbnb app has trouble.

Early check-in:
- Assume check-in will be at 4 pm. You can message us on the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. If your arrival needs to be earlier consider booking the night before so you can check-in as soon as you are ready.

Late Check-out:
- As with your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your departure needs to be later in the day consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.

Is this a shared home?
- No it`s all yours!

Do you offer a cleaning service?
- Yes! If our schedule allows, we can accommodate additional cleaning services on a weekly basis, for an added cost. Just ask us!
