Apartment on the second floor of a residence with large garden, located in the heart of Colombare di Sirmione, a few steps from Piazza Mercato and the amenities of the area.
The house offers a living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed. Modern bathroom with shower box.
From the living room balcony you can enjoy a pleasant view of the greenery, ideal for breakfasts and moments of relaxation. The equipped Brema and Galeazzi beaches are just 200 metres away, and the historic centre of Sirmione is just a short walk away.
Free parking is available right in front of the entrance of the residence.

It is forbidden to accept minors who are not accompanied by their parents.
