This newly built stone house is nestled amid acres of olive and pine trees and offers incomparable views of the Aegean Sea and the holly mountain Athos.
Totally isolated from neighboring houses, is only 300 meters away from an unspoiled sandy swimming beach with crystal clear water.
This state of the art family friendly house of two bedrooms, is “sur-mesure” furnished, with furniture custom crafted, by a local artisan.
The perfect place to restore and rejuvenate.

The house, built in harmony with nature, is secluded, yet only a driving hour away from Thessaloniki International Airport. It combines ease of accessibility with complete privacy, in a setting of alluring natural beauty.
It is set in a 6.000 square meters olive grove and comfortably accommodates 6 people.
The house totals a floor area of 130 square meters, which includes 60 square meters of indoor living area and 70 square meters of terraces.
The entire floor area is clad in light grey Italian ceramic tiles, to unite the indoor with the outdoor space.
The indoor living area is open plan, equipped with 2 three seats sofas, of which one is a very comfortable single bed and 2 coffee tables.
The flat screen international cable TV, offers over a 1000 channels to watch.
The Italian kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances. Everything is of superb quality; the ultra white finish of the vertical surfaces with the light grey countertop, along the stone back wall, create a harmonious and beautiful space, ideal for cooking.
Appliances include, a 2 meters high refrigerator-freezer, a glass- ceramic induction cook top, alongside a single induction oven, a built in warming drawer and a dishwasher concealed behind a matching front panel.
Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, Greek coffee pot, along with the respective coffees, are at the quests disposal to enjoy.
Also, a toaster and all the necessary utensils and cutlery are provided.
Both bedrooms are uniquely furnished. The master bedroom comes with a queen sized double bed and a floor to ceiling built in wardrobe, while the second bedroom comes with a single bed, a bunk bed and a wardrobe.
Brand new bed linen and fresh bathroom, as well as, beach towels are also provided.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabinet and a standalone sink with two large grey lacquer drawers, able to accommodate all the necessary bathroom belongings of the guests.
A hairdryer and a washer machine are at the guests’ disposal.
All windows are equipped with double drapes.
WIFI INTERNET connection is available for guests, throughout the venue.
Even the thick stone wall house is naturally air – conditioned, 4 brand new Westinghouse ceiling fans were added to the indoor living area, to provide maximum comfort during the very warm summer days.

All windows and the entrance door are covered by mosquito nets, even there are seldom mosquitoes in the area.
The outdoor living terraces come with a 25 square meters pergola, capped with bamboo reeds and wild jasmine flowers, perfect to relax under the summer sun or enjoy “al fresco” dining.
A Weber charcoal grill machine for barbecue meals is provided.
Sun beds and umbrellas, as well as two hammocks are at the disposal of the quests.
The house also has an outdoor rain shower to capitalize on the area’s spectacular climate.
For the kids to play an all natural tree house is also provided.
Free car parking is available at the venue.
WELCOME
Upon arrival the quests are welcomed by the owner, who is always promptly available to assist them throughout their stay.
All quests receive a welcome basket, including a bottle of organic unfiltered extra virgin olive oil, produced from the olive trees of the house, and a bottle of fine local wine.
Also upon arrival the guests will find complimentary organic fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as food, to satisfy their immediate needs.
Everything required to relax is at hand the minute the guest arrives at the house. All she/he needs is her/his suitcase and as much time as the guest can spare.
