“En general bien. La atención del personal del hotel fue muy buena desde antes de que nos diesen las habitaciones. No obstante la hora de entrada (3 de la tarde) parece demasiado tardía. No tuvimos servicio de habitación la segunda noche que estuvimos. Se ve el desgaste de las instalaciones y es una pena que no se cuiden ciertos detalles estéticos porque el hotel ganaría mucho. En general es un buen hotel provincial en el que hospedarse.”

“The free breakfast was a major selling point for me and it was an excellent daily buffet from 6-10 AM. Check-in showed I had booked two rooms (I had one) but it was resolved within a few minutes. Staff in every area were eager to help. When and if I return to Baguio I’ll stay here again, I have no reason to consider a change.”

“Excellent location right up from the rose garden in Burnham Park. Taxis and Jeepneys just out the front door. Located in the middle of a bunch of cafes and restaurants. Night market is a few minutes walk away. If you want easy access to central Baguio, this is a good place. FYI, hotel is up the elevator next to Watsons on the third floor. There's only a small sign for the hotel at the road, so look for Watsons and you're there. ”

“It had a beautiful view of the mountain in the morning from the balcony. Easy access to transportation. A 7-Eleven on the corner, which made it convenient to buy supplies. The only drawback To have to walk up and down the hill and that really wasn’t that bad.”

The kitchen area was clean and well stocked with necessary amenities. We want to thank our host Zeny who was very kind and accommodating. We will definitely come again when we are in Baguio and will recommend to our friends and family. ”
