Charming and cozy little wooden vacation home, situated on a garden plot just 150 m from the sea and a beautiful, child-friendly swimming beach. There are large open terrace areas around the house, so outdoor living can be really enjoyed, among other things by the outdoor fireplace. There are beautiful views of the water from the house and property. Inside the house there is a kitchenette in the living room, and from the cozy living room with sea view you have access to the terrace. Sleeping places consist of a double sofa bed in the living room, from where a staircase leads to the 1st floor, where there are two good sleeping places and a table and TV. There is an energy-saving heat pump installed in the house.

The area around Grønninghoved offer't beautiful nature with forest, meadows and beach, making it an ideal vacation destination for families with children. It is only a short drive to the nearest larger town, Kolding. With a pedestrian zone and a shopping center, the city invites you to extensive shopping trips.
