“Hotel room was lovely and clean- sofa bed was already set up for us.
Staff were wonderful making sure everything was okay at all times, WhatsApp number posted onto the check in desk if we need anything but can’t find anyone.
We were given the choice as to whether we wanted the room left alone, or tidied.
Hotel is Close to the town centre- lovely walk to Skegness pleasure beach, as well as fairydell (highly recommend if you have children under 12!!)
Would have liked it if the curtains were...

“Room was dirty, stains on the bed, poo stains on the bathroom wall. What looked like blood near the window. Found a dirty pair of socks in the wardrobe. The man in reception was rude when checking myself and my partner in. Will not be coming back!”

“I’m not sure where to start with this. The hotel had a “reggae festival” on which wasn’t stated when booking the stay. Which means the car park (which is one of the perks of the hotel. Was inaccessible even to guests. The staff were too busy with this “festival” meaning the woman that was on the desk doesn’t usually work the desk so didn’t know what she was doing.
