We booked this caravan at chapple st leonards we had stayed in the same type in June the site is within easy reach of the beach and a 20 minute walk to the bus stop where you can get to Mablethorpe Skegness and Sutton on Sea for days out where the caravan site is there are 3 pubs fish and chip shop countless other shops and supermarket i will say the weather was great so that had a lot to do with our stay but would definitely go back 😀

Reception staff very friendly, enough shops, pubs and arcades with the beach walk providing access to Fantasy Islands entertainment, market and plently of options for the others already stated as well as a bunnch of other stuff, accomadation itself is great value and definetly worth the time/money.

Lovely clean van and site very close to the beach only issue is theres nothing g onsite no bar no park nothing at all quite a shame really minimum 20 min walk to the shop/bar

This site is clean, caravan was comfortable, shower nice and hot, quite a quiet site,club Tropicana is 1mile away but worth the walk shops and pubs on the way to the club,I enjoyed my stay.

wife liked being near the shops and arcades for the great grand kids and the walk to the club at night and the play area for the great grand kids in all it was a break well wanted I am back to work on Wednesday we are going back next year

Cheap and cheerful weekend away

Cheap and cheerful get away, you get what you pay for. Comfy bed, clean caravan. The only downfall I would say is the shower doesnt get very hot and on the last day no hot water at all. Overall however a good experience and would visit again for the same price.

Property and facilities were great, short stroll to beach and friendly staff, not so good was the Mattress in the bedroom with the springs sticking out, but they replaced it, dont take down old signage about getting refunds, it applied at covid times, and poor wifi connection that you pay for.

Caravan was ok not the best.. Stains on the seats and marks on floor On the Saturday of our weekend we was without water from 10am till 4pm..a bit poor we think for how large the site is. The Caravan site could not fault at all..infact some statics on the site with more space was alot cheaper offering £120 for a weekend stay so i think we have been charged far too much. Will go back but book privately. We paid over £350 for this caravan

Horrible caravan

Very dirty and cold caravan. None of the windows shut properly. The settees were black and uncomfortable. Two of the beds were very uncomfortable, you could easily feel the springs so was unable to sleep very well. Mould found on some walls and dirty bathroom facilities. Will not be using again

Caravan was freezing at night heaters in the bedrooms didn't work that well I had 2 double quilts on and was still cold. The shower constantly dripped so had to take it off and put it on the tray so it didn't keep my daughter up anymore.
