Hi, in truth we love being away from Byron. It's a retreat. It's about peace and solitude. Byron township is wonderful but busy, loud and crazy. Hi, we are sad to read of your experience with us, it is rare that we have dissatisfied guests, in fact our service and facilities consistently rate as the highest in the Byron Bay area so we are shocked and concerned by your review. Our rooms vary in size and options, the entry level room you chose at this busy time of year is our smallest room, we have other bigger rooms, with views and balconies, spas and baths much more suitable for a longer stay and these are all set out on our website and the booking sites.
