“Not boutique as the name suggests, needs alot of work doing to make it presentable. TV had no signal and the bar downstairs makes it impossible to sleep before 1.30am. Avoid if you are seeking a relaxing stay.”

“On arrival we were greeted and shown to our spotlessly clean room with all the amenities we required truly home from home. From the lovely warm room after a day out in the unfortunately rainy weather I personally always enjoyed a soak in a lovely hot bath. This is our second stay at Highfield House and it was a memorable stay. I would highly recommend the Highfield to anyone who is visiting Skipton give it a try you won’t be disappointed. The local church bells add such a lovely, traditional touch to the stay. We also spent some time at The White Lion pub, which we’d definitely recommend to other travelers.
