Tucked Away Cottage, cabaña bellamente decorada en Grassington

Magnífica casa de piedra en el corazón de Grassington. Completamente renovado a un nivel excepcionalmente alto en 2017 proporcionando bien equipado, alojamiento acogedor, jardín y aparcamiento privado.

Nuestra cabaña bien equipada está escondido en el corazón del pueblo de Grassington, justo al lado de la bulliciosa calle principal, pero segundos de la pintoresca plaza adoquinada.
Acabado con un alto nivel en todo, esta casa ofrece alojamiento confortable y bien equipado para hasta cuatro personas y utiliza una combinación de mobiliario moderno y características originales. La sala de estar cuenta con vigas vistas, suelos de madera y una estufa multi-combustible. Dormitorio 1 cuenta con una cama trineo kingsize hecha a mano y Dormitorio 2 ofrece la opción de dos camas individuales o una cama super king size. El precioso jardín ofrece un excelente lugar para comer al aire libre o tomar el sol y aparcamiento privado se encuentra justo fuera de la casa.

Servicios: Calefacción central de gas y estufa multi-combustible. Cocina eléctrica, lavavajillas, microondas, nevera, TV. Ropa de cama y toallas disponibles. Aparcamiento privado para 2 coches. Jardín cerrado. Lo sentimos, no se admiten mascotas y no fumar. Tiendas, cafés y pubs 1 minutos a pie.

Tenga en cuenta que el acceso a Brown Fold es estrecho y no es adecuado para vehículos más anchos que una furgoneta de transporte público.

Just back from 4 night stay, loved the coziness of the cottage, and the welcoming constant warmth, despite the very cold weather! Hosts very responsive, and very amenable. Perfectly positioned in the village, everything in walking distance, and the surrounding walks were lovely.The parking space was invaluable too, top marks.

Absolutely perfect place to stay. Beautiful cottage with parking.Nice logburner to use. All the facilities were excellent. Lovely comfortable furnishings.Lots of nice touches.Couldnt get a better location. Its minutes away from all the shops, pubs and restaurants.Great communication with the lovely host Jo.Cant recommend Tucked Away Cottage enough. It was a really nice treat!!!

Tucked Away Cottage was clean and cozy with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed being able to walk straight from the door and didn’t use our car at all after we’d arrived. Also enjoyed having 3 pubs to choose from, all just a short stroll away.

We were absolutely delighted with the property. It’s generously appointed, supremely comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Our hosts were very helpful and quick to respond which was greatly appreciated. As regular visitors to Grassington we very much hope to stay here again.

A very attractive, well-equipped and clean cottage. It was perfect for us. We appreciated having an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs loo. The kitchen was well-equipped; it even had a teapot (rare these days). We enjoyed sitting in the garden. Although in the middle of a busy village it was very quiet. As we don’t drive we used public transport, but car owners would like the parking spot outside the house.Unfortunately we had an emergency at home which meant we weren’t both there all the time, but we really want to come back here in the autumn, and in future years.

The property was as described and pictured on the website. The cottage was spotless and the host was friendly and helpful, and responsive to our requests. The location is perfect for accessing the various shops, post office and library in the village. Parking was a big plus for a property right in the village.

Perfect location

This is a lovely cottage in the middle of Grassington. Parking is a bit tight but manageable. The cottage is lovely, beds and sofas are comfortable. TV is excellent with an on demand selection. It was a bonus to have a secluded garden. Perfect for when the sun is out. It was clean (with the exception of a few cobwebs on the wall) and felt very homely. It was a quiet and peaceful place to stay and we would happily return.

Comfortable stay in great location

Perfect location, just a stone's throw from the square and shops etc in Grassington, and yet very quiet and peaceful. Comfortable beds, tastefully decorated (with beautiful oak furniture), cosy lounge and a lovely little private outdoor seating area. Allotted parking a major plus. Only improvement for me would be a Nespresso coffee machine but you could easily bring this with you. We had perfect weather during our stay and this property really added to the whole experience.

Excellent location for fans of All Creatures. Great walks around town and easy access to explore the Yorkshire Dales Highly recommended spot. Comfortable for family of 4 people Hope to return for longer stay aometime

Tucked Away Cottage

This is a lovely cottage, well converted, in the centre of Grssington. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. It was very clean when we arrived, complete with an information pack, local guide books etc. we really enjoyed our stay here and Grassington is so pretty. Luckily we had great weather so we made the most of our stay touring the Dales.

Very pleasant 4 night stay in mid March. Weather kind to us. Beautiful local walks, no need to use the car during our stay. Planned to take the local bus to Appletreewick on Tuesday. Note it does not run on Tuesdays so went to Skioton!

Wonderful, warm cottage visited in midst of winter. Comfortable and cozy, with plenty of hot water. High quality appliances, furniture and finishes, with access to excellent pubs and restaurants within walking distance. The owners care very much about providing a care-free experience for visitors.An excellent base for anyone wishing to explore the dales, or having an interest in ACG&S TV series.
