Very quiet neighborhood and all the people in the area were friendly and welcoming. We did not realize that the garage was not accessible and that made unpacking the truck with a weeks work of cloths and food a little more difficult. ”

The people of Clarksville are so kind and welcoming. The location is great for lake activities, or exploring the area. We found some great local breweries and vinyards within reasonable distance and of course enjoyed Buggs Island Brewery for live music lakeside in the evenings. Highly recommend!!”

“The house was amazing! We loved being able to go down to a boat ramp 8 minutes away and bring our boat back to the dock of the house. I cannot brag on this stay enough. The only thing we would ever suggest adding is tie-ons for boats at the dock. We tied off to the surrounding trees. ”

“Lovely, well-appointed property, very clean and well-laid out. We cooked at home and the kitchen was very complete. We found that we didn't need the golf cart, despite renting it on advice of the reviews. Elderly grandparents and toddler were able to handle the walk and the sandy "beach" is nicer than the photo. Minor negatives: You must remove your trash at the end of your stay (the dump on our route was closed at that time) and the electronic lock was malfunctioning (could be user failure)....

“Everything was perfect about this property! From check in to check out everything was great. Communication with property owner was perfect. The property itself was everything we could have asked for. Great location from boat ramp and perfect dock for tying up our boat. There was ample room for our toddler to run when we weren't in the water. The walk from the house to lake was short and was a visible safe path. The tractor with a trailer to help get stuff to the lake was the perfect addition....

“The home is absolutely gorgeous, very warm, welcoming and walkable distance to town.The beds are comfortable and home gets plenty of natural light. The back porch was very relaxing and I enjoyed journal writing there and we enjoyed the backyard fire pit as well. There is a slight view of the cove and there is a dock, we were able to tie up our 2 jet skis. It is a bit of a walk on a gravel path so I would highly recommend bringing a large wheeled wagon or even golf cart to help carry your things...
