  • Welcome to our charming townhouse, perfectly located in the heart of Sliema! This spacious retreat offers modern amenities, making it ideal for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy the best of both tranquility and convenience.

    Enjoy relaxing in the cozy living room with a flat-screen TV, cooking in the fully equipped kitchen with a dining area or unwinding on your private backyard and rooftop access!

    Included is strong WiFi, AC in all rooms, a washer & a dedicated workspace!

    The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.

    You’ll also be just step away from the famous Sliema Strand, beautiful beaches, and a vibrant selection of restaurants, shops, and malls.

    For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi and a dedicated workspace is available.

    Air-conditioning is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

    The home boasts a traditional Maltese balcony, accessible from the bedroom. Please note that this iconic balcony is enclosed with windows, offering a cozy yet private space rather than an open one.

    Bedrooms | 2 bedrooms in total, both including 2 single beds.

    For over and above 4 guests we will prepare the sofa bed in the living room for another additional guest.

    Bathrooms | The apartment includes two well-appointed bathrooms. The en-suite bathroom in one of the bedroom provides convenience and privacy, while the additional bathroom, accessible from the living area, ensures that all guests have easy access.

    Both bathrooms are modern and equipped with essential amenities, a shower , toilet and a sink.

    Rooftop Access | Our townhouse also offers exclusive access to a private rooftop, where you can unwind and enjoy the serene street surroundings.

    It`s the perfect spot for relaxing, whether you`re sipping your morning coffee or enjoying the evening breeze.

    For your comfort and convenience, the apartment is equipped with high-speed WiFi, air conditioning in all rooms, a washer, and a drying rack. These amenities ensure a seamless stay, whether you’re here for a short vacation or an extended visit.

    Kindly note that linens and 2 towels per guest will be provided.

    You`ll find nearby beach clubs for a day of sun and relaxation, and the bustling area of St. Julian`s is just a quick drive away. Here, you’ll discover Paceville, Malta’s nightlife hotspot, offering an array of bars, clubs, and entertainment options.

    Sliema itself boasts excellent shopping opportunities, with nearby malls and boutique stores, and a diverse range of dining options, from charming local eateries to trendy international restaurants.

    Sliema is the perfect base for your Maltese adventure. Enjoy exploring this vibrant and welcoming neighborhood during your stay!

    The apartment is situated in the heart of Sliema making it perfect especially for guests who want to travel by bus. The bus stop is just a few minutes from the apartment. You can check `Malta Public Transport` website and check which routes and timetable you require. Tickets can be bought from the driver.

    We also suggest you make use of the Ferries as you can enjoy the views and have a break from the busy roads of Sliema.

    If you prefer to travel by taxi, you can book via app, most popular taxis in Malta include : `Bolt`, `e-cabs` , `uber`.

    For those who decided to rent a car during their stay, free parking is available everywhere in Sliema but parking can be a bit tricky and you might have to park a bit further away from the apartment.

    Very important notes before booking:

    1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

    2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

    3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

    4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

    5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

    6. What is included in the apartment.

    - Shower gel
    - Plate liquid soap
    - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
    - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
    - Garbage bags
    - Linens for the bed
    - 2 Towels per person

    7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

    8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

    9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

    10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
