  • Welcome travellers to one of our favourite spots in Malta! The place is designed specifically for those who wish to feel at home but also want to enjoy both the quiet & lively parts of the island, with just steps away from the shops and sea views overlooking the beautiful capital city.

    The beauty of the place is that you can capture this from the private terrace equipped with outdoor furniture.

    Our home has a fully equipped kitchen, 3 large bedrooms and a living area.

    Wifi & AC included.

    The apartment offers complimentary high-speed WiFi (good enough for those coming for business or wish to catch up on work) and air conditioning for guests to use at their own convenience.

    Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever! Equipped for both short and long term rentals.

    Outdoor | Enjoy the use of the private terrace equipped with comfortable furniture for our guests to take in the beautiful views from the apartment.

    Living area| Comfortable sofa, with a TV connected directly to the internet (Netflix, youtube etc) and a dining table for all the guests to live in comfort. Massive balcony overlooking Valletta harbour views with outdoor furniture.

    Bedrooms| 3 bedrooms, 1 with a king sized bed and a single bed (not shown in the photos), 1 with 2 single beds and another with a single bed. For over and above 5 guests we will provide an additional folding bed with linens and towels just like normal bed.

    Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.

    Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms, one is accessible from the living space and features a wash/dryer and a full bath and the others are accessible from both of the bedrooms with the double bed.

    NOTE: Apartment is equipped for short and long stays !

    Very important notes before booking:

    1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

    2. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

    3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

    4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

    5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

    6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

    - Shower gels
    - Liquid Soap
    - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
    - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
    - Garbage bags
    - Linens for the bed
    - 2 Towels per person

    7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

    8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

    The convenience of this location is unparalleled, offering everything you could possibly need or desire within easy reach.

    The apartment is situated in the heart of Sliema making it perfect especially for guests who want to travel by bus. The bus stop is just a few minutes from the apartment. You can check `Malta Public Transport` website and check which routes and timetable you require. Tickets can be bought from the driver.

    We also suggest you make use of the Ferries as you can enjoy the views and have a break from the busy roads of Sliema.

    If you prefer to travel by taxi, you can book via app, most popular taxis in Malta include : `Bolt`, `e-cabs` , `uber`.

    For those who decided to rent a car during their stay, free parking is available everywhere in Sliema but parking can be a bit tricky and you might have to park a bit further away from the apartment.
