One night stay
Essy check in. They dont have tap pay though had to.go to the atm. And check out is at 11 but they turned my key off at 10

Never stay in this place again!!
Room door looks like it was broken into a few times, bathroom gross and didn’t even take a shower. Breakfast - joke - food was in plastic wrap like taken out of something and rewrapped, handles too much for me. Pool closed and not mentioned on site and no laundry service.

Our Breakfast is' NOT HOT 'IS CONTINENTAL so food come pre-cooked and we wrap them for the Health & Hygiene Reasons. About Pool and Guest Laundry are mentioned on website. Please give us another chance in future Visit. Thanks!

The motel in itself was okay. It was the staff that gave us pause. A housekeeper came into the room one day while we were out and took a few things. The manager on duty was rude to our guests that were on the outside of the room. I probably won't be returning to this motel.

The front desk staff was friendly. The room was very clean and had no odors. The bathroom could have used some maintenance but everything was functional. We were upgraded from a queen to a king. It was an excellent value for an overnight stop. We will be returning on our next trip.

A bit run-down but ok for the price.
Definitely old and in need of some repairs (some rust in bathroom area) but otherwise clean and quiet.

Not as good as other America's best Value Inns.
Customer Service was very good, but there were some sketchy looking people checking in. Also the room had no TV (which I understand after seeing some of the 'clientele') and was very old and in need of upgrading. For a 1-night stop to shower, sleep and leave, it wás adequate... but I don't think I'd stay there longer or with my family.

Thank you for your feedback. All our room have TVs , TVs are on the wall, not sure how you missed that.. We are doing upgrading We just upgraded new LVT floor, New paint..etc. and we still doing more & more upgrading, but due to pandemic(covid) works are kind of going very slow. Please give us 2nd chance, things will be better on your next visit. Thanks!

Needs an upgrade
The hotel is a bit old and dated. The microwave and coffee maker are "vintage" needs an upgrade. The service was great and the front desk folks were very friendly and courteous.

Toilet leaking from the base. Shower head clogged, unable to use the shower. No tub stopper. Had to shove a wash rag in the drain.

The hotel is renovated property. The drive entrance is dirt road with damaged asphalt surface. The roam is very dirty and the carpet is wet. Hot water sometimes it not available. Breakfast is poor quality food. Sheets had blood and some dirt. No services are provided. The hotel appearance looks like a hangout for criminal activities. Stay away.

Already planned a new trip there.
Exactly what we needed. The only downfall was the phone didn't work in the room so I had to use my phone, people would not standing in front of our door talking all night, they let people work on cars in front of our door and they need to get another ice machine on the back side of the motel, its a super long walk to the other sidr. Other than that the place was right down from everything we went to. Sadly no pool.

Nice Hotel close to the Carolina Premium Outlets
When I walked in, I was blown away by the size and apperance of the room for the price ($68 with tax). Didn't understand why we need to remotes for 1 tv. But one was for the volume and other to change channels. Not enough towels and washclothes though for 4 people. They only supplied 2 of each. Other than that, we loved our stay. Just waiting to see what the breakfast consists of.

Will not stay again
Going through renovations and you can tell! The room did not have great lighting and it smelled old. The bathroom had a chunk of tile missing from the wall and there were rust stains in the tub. I did not shower in that tub while I was there. The location is alright because once you cross 95 on hwy 70 there’s everything. But the hotel is literally right off the off-ramp to the exit. Looks like a pay by the hour motel.

A run down hotel. You could see daylight around the entire door frame. The toilet seat had 1 bolt holding it on. The shower water was either cold or very hot, there was no happy medium. The TV remote only changed the channels you had to turn it on at the tv itself you also had to adjust the volume at the tv. In my 3 night stay the sheets were never changed and they had holes in them The phone was inoperable. The chair in the room was stained with something all over it. The place was discussing

Stinky rooms
We had to change rooms as soon as we arrived because the smell was awful. The second room was a little better but still smelled of dogs. It is a dog friendly hotel but it seems they use all their rooms for passengers with dogs and they do not clean them well... the beds and the carpet stunk. We had no problem with check in or receptionist.. she was very courteous and helpful.

We arrived late after a very long drive and were told there were no rooms even though my reservation allowed for late arrivals The clerk "found" a room and we were able to rest and shower as we planned although we had to accept a "smoking" room The room was totally acceptable for our needs but not as clean (dirty carpeting) as we would normally like

Pictures on site Very Misleading!!
Entire property seemed unsafe and run down. Pictures on site are NOT current. Hotel was orange and where that peeled was blue. Couldn't find the sign outside and drove around several minutes to find. Did not feel safe. Chair in room was nasty and Blood red fingernail polish spilled all in the bathroom. Did not stay here as planned!! Receptionist was very friendly...the only good experience. I was totally embarrassed that I booked this for my friend and I!! Wish I had current photos......
