Spacious ocean view beach house - sleeps 12

  • You can hear the ocean and smell the sea in this very large, renovated beach house with an ocean view and short walk from Smiths beach but away amongst bushland. Upstairs is ideal to relax, entertain your friends and enjoy the views with cathedral ceilings, wood fire and huge ocean facing deck with BBQ and dining. Downstairs is a rumpus room for big or small kids and outside has room for boats or boards. Ping-pong, X-Box, Wifi, firewood, and Netflix are included. Contact us to remove 7.5% levy.

    Recently renovated in Hamptons style with new super comfy beds, large double bedrooms and plenty of room for big and small kids to roam. Also includes a desk, monitor, mouse and keyboard in case you need to get some work done.

The host was very welcoming and provided great communication in advance of our stay. The property was very well maintained with spacious bedrooms and living areas. It was located very conveniently to the beach and local attractions for short trips away from the warming fireplace in winter.

Layout was good, great spaces for the children and adults, easy walk for coffee and to the beach. Short trip to winery and Cowes overall had a relaxing stay

Fabulous Accom

We enjoyed our stay immensely and will definitely be back! The beds were really comfy, the house was really lovely with all the mod cons, easy walk to Smiths Beach, plenty of space so we could all relax and the communication was exceptional.
