Ok, let's put out the facts and not false information. The new bedroom room was not even built when you booked the house. This room is for additional guests above 16 per night as it's a lock out unit. Also, you mentioned bees and then said we came out immediately to spray. How is that not addressing the situation immediately and deserving of a 3-star review. You also failed to mention your guests threw up in one of the new bedroom beds and ruined a comforter and also the upstairs family room couch, wall and coffee table without getting cleaned up at all or even mentioning to us what had happened. To think you could hide this is incredible and to not even clean it up is even more incredible. The tent company you hired for your wedding reception also didn't call Miss Dig and they hit a under ground wire and didn't even bother to fix it. I think this explains a lot in your review and why it isn't accurate. You also didn't follow the check out procedures outlined in our welcome guide. We had to dispose of all the trash into the dumpster. Because of all these issues, you were assessed an additional cleaning fee and this is why you are leaving a 3-star review.

We were able to replace the picture that had sustained damage during your stay, but in regards to the heat we wish you would have reached out to us during your stay about the heat as there are multiple thermostats in the home and we would assisted you with this. In regards to the home being dated I would suggest in the future when booking please take a look at the photos. Vrbo has developed a site that allows us to put on a sufficient amount of photos so the home is represented as well as possible and you will be able to see if it is an establishment that your guest would enjoy.
