“Extremely clean and very nicely furnished with unique artwork.”

“Beautiful views from the porch. Bed was very cozy. Extremely clean throughout. I am very particular and have no complaints. Pretty cool place! Thank you for being dog friendly. Perfect place to bring a dog. Enjoyed my stay!”

“My husband and I took our 4 grandkids (ages 7-17) for a 3 night adventure. Check in was smooth and the house has everything you need. I was pleasantly surprised by the coffee provided (Tim Hortons, my favorite) as well as the additional condiments for cooking. The home is located amongst the pines and the kids loved the cowboy pool and hammocks while my husband and I enjoyed the deck overlooking the back yard, we even enjoyed a visit by a deer one morning. We had plenty of space and the entire...

“This little home was perfect for my short get away with my dog, mom and one night my uncle popped over as well. It is a beautiful location and the set up is truly lovely.”

“They had hot water! The tub was great. The yurt was well stocked and supplied. Maybe bring a can of Raid? Wasps build nests fast but they were not aggressive and smoke from the grill also kept them away. 10/10”

“Absolutely amazing stay, host was extremely attentive and friendly, property was well stocked, camp site was clean with friendly staff and visitors”

“My husband and I love this place. My husband passed away in June of 2026. I had his birthday and celebration of life there in July of 2026. Beautiful piece of property on the river. Plenty of room for any kind of party. Any kind of event you do. The host Andy was amazing as always. Thank you Andy for letting us enjoy you river house.”

“River access was exactly what we wanted - fishing, relaxing, swimming.”

“Fridge didn't cool, had to throw food away this morning. Ceiling fan and light would not turn off. Had to sleep with light on all night. Didn't notice until we were ready for bed at midnight. Not much sleep. Musty odor never went away. No coffee creamer. Bed's mediocre. Front door key was of no use because door knob didn't catch. We had to use the padlock every time we left and it was very hard to open.”

“Amazing place! Clean, comfortable, spacious and with all the amenities you could need. The area has lots to offer too.Fully recommend”

“Lisa was soo helpful, especially when we wanted to make some adjustments to the rez... she was On it!”

“This was a very special property--a charming cottage that feels newly constructed. You can tell the owner designed and decorated the interior with intention. It is on a beautiful, picturesque piece of land and the inside is spacious and cozy. Only about a 10-15 minute drive to Round Top! There is no kitchen--just a mini fridge and coffee maker--would have loved some utensils and a few minimal kitchen essentials for having breakfast in the morning, etc. but overall such a wonderful stay, and...
