What a view!!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent Labor Day as this amazing home on the bluff overlooking hurricane bridge and marina. It was an amazing way to wake up each day and end each night. Literally the best view we have seen on Center Hill lake.

Perfect weekend!

Our family had a wonderful weekend staying at Here Comes the Sun at Center Hill Lake! Beautiful view from the house! Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We rented a boat and tube at Hurricane Marina which was very close to the house and spent the day out in the water and ate lunch at the marina. Very good food! Such a peaceful and fun weekend spent with family. We will be back!!

Beautiful home with gorgeous views!

Home was clean and well stocked with most necessities, however the kitchen was lacking a bit for feeding big families (utensils, cookware). We were able to get missing supplies from the Dollar General a few minutes away though 🙂 We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others!

This is such a beautiful property, the view is breathtaking and the pictures do not do it justice. We loved our stay and would continue coming back here.

Great house

Excellent house, amazing view. Very spacious. The only downfall was there was broken glass in the kitchen when we got there resulting in a guest cutting her foot. There were also a couple loose kitchen cabinets and the refrigerator door handle was very loose which we did report but no one came to fix. Also the closet door in the master bedroom came off the tracks when we opened it, which we also reported. Beside that it was a great stay

Incredible home!

We really enjoyed our weekend on Center Hill Lake. The view was the best we’ve seen on the lake and the house was spacious/immaculate. We will definitely rent here 2-3x a year.

Peace and Tranquility

We enjoy the beautiful lake house. It was very comfortable and the view overlooking the lake was outstanding. It was very clean and well furnished. We really enjoyed the large deck and the fireplace on the cool nights. We enjoyed getting Carry Out from the Rose Garden restaurant nearby and the Lipstick Pig Barbecue restaurant in Smithville. They have excellent ribs and sweet sauce!

Great stay!

We were looking for a place to stay for some peace and quiet…. This was it!! I can not say enough nice things! The view - I have never seen a view this perfect not even in Gatlinburg. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was so quiet with friendly neighbors. We will definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving with Family

Very nice property for our family to meet for Thanksgiving. The view is spectacular. The home is great for gathering. Beds are quite comfortable. Enjoyed cooking together in the big kitchen. Nice new appliances including double ovens which came in handy for TG dinner. Cookware could have been a little nicer but nothing you’re not used to in a rental. The property was clean but could have been better. Nice Weber gas grill on the deck. Had a wonderful time on Friday at Harmony Lane Farm in Smithville. Fun tour where they raise goats, hogs, cows (watch out for Fernando) and chickens. Kids will love the goat cuddling. Miss Julie does a great job with her tour. We all really enjoyed our time at Here Comes the Sun.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lots of room for family. The house could have been a little cleaner. The basement bathroom had a real sewer odor. Which we called maintenance about. With no solution, which made the lower level unusable.
