The house was nice. Garage area not clean at all. Kitchen was great with lots of counter space and well equipped for cooking for a large group.
I was disappointed to have to purchase a “linen package” for a large luxury house such as this.
We had trouble with the code getting into the house. We called and were given 3 different codes, none of which worked. A maintenance worker came by while we were waiting and let us in but we never had a working code and therefore could not lock the door when we left. Also, I had paid extra for pool heat knowing it would be cold this early in the season. The pool was NOT heated, it was freezing! I tried reaching the office 2 days in a row and was on hold long periods of time each day. I even called the office yesterday after returning home and sat on hold for 20 minutes and then left my number for a return call which I still haven’t received. Very disappointing!!
