    Backyard Pier!

    Come stay at an Ocean View 2nd row town home located in North Topsail Beach. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and comfortably accommodates 9 guests with beautiful views of the ocean and sound. The beach access is just steps away. All of the bedrooms are located on the first level each with a mounted smart Roku TV. King bed, Queen bed and the third bedroom has one bunk bed and one twin bed. The kitchen and living room are located on the second level open concept floor plan with fantastic views of the ocean and sound.

    We have an outdoor security camera for your protection and ours.

    17.8 miles (approximately 26 min) from Camp Lejeune

    136.5 miles (approximately 2 hrs, 28 min) from Fort Bragg

    50.7 miles (approximately 49 minutes) from Wilmington NC, USS North Carolina Battleship, Bellamy Mansion, Airlie Gardens

    Topsail Island is a family oriented community, quiet beaches, and plenty of local beach shops, water craft rentals a few miles away.

We’ve stayed here the past 2 years and both times have enjoyed the house and location very much! Perfect spot to enjoy a quiet beach vacation!

We had a great stay on Topsail!! The house is located literally 2 min from the beach which was very quiet…AND…it backs up to the intracoastal! We had 6 people and there was plenty of room.

Perfect Location ***

My family and I loved this beach house. The location is perfect! There’s a view of the ocean from the front and a beautiful view of the inlet waters from the back with a private pier for fishing and kayaking. Would absolutely stay here again.

Topsail vacation

Great place to stay! Short walk to the beach and nice pier out back for fishing and kayaking. Beautiful, Uncrowded beach. 4 straight summers at this building and we’ll be back next year

Great place to stay

We loved staying at his house. Ocean views with morning coffee and the beautiful sound out back. We love the space between the bedrooms and the communication with the owners was excellent. Would highly recommend and we would stay here again.

Deserves 10 stars

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. The description and pictures match exactly of the place. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk. You have a partial view of the ocean and a beautiful unblocked view of the bay. The private dock that is lit up at night is an added bonus. We hope to be fortunate enough to stay here again in future visits!

Great house!

We stayed here so I could visit with my Marine son over Thanksgiving. Great location, amazing views! The owner Sara is very responsive and a pleasure to work with! The kitchen is well stocked and my dog enjoyed sunning himself on the deck that faces the ocean!

Everything we needed and more.

the property was in a great location for us. We had the beach and the inlet which worked out wonderfully. The garage was full of beach equipment that we could use and it was nice we didn't have to bring our towels or sheets. We will stay there again.

Awesome Stay

We loved our time at this beach house! It was very clean, lots of space, and the kitchen was stocked with many cookware items and accessories. Great view of the beach and the sound, and was very quiet. This was our second time staying at one of Sara’s properties, and we will definitely be back!
