• Guest Bedroom 2 (Main Level): Queen bed, Smart TV, closet, dresser, and adjacent shared bathroom with shower/tub.
• Guest Bedroom 3 (Lower Level): Queen bed, Smart TV, and dresser. No attached bathroom.

LIVING & KITCHEN (Main Level)
• Living Room: Open-concept seating area, Smart TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, utensils, dishes, glasses, and baking essentials.
• Dining area and kitchen with beautiful lake views.

OUTDOOR LIVING
• Upper Deck: Retractable metal pergola, string lights, and outdoor teak seating. Accessible from the lower level or side stairs.
• Lower Deck: Additional outdoor space overlooking the lake, accessible from the upper deck.
• Deck Stair Options:
1. Brick steps: Older stairs; please use caution.
2. Wooden steps: Newer stairs with handrails, located to the far right past
the outdoor dining furniture. Recommended for children, seniors, and
guests with mobility concerns.
• Enclosed Porch (Lower Level): Comfortable seating with relaxing lake views.
• Backyard & Lake: Enjoy the beautiful waterfront setting and outdoor space.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES & SAFETY
• NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, OR EVENTS. Violations may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
• Guests under 21: Must obtain host approval before booking.
• Parking: No street parking. Strictly enforced by HOA.
• HOA Amenities: Guest access is NOT permitted.
• Lake Safety: Swimming is not recommended due to unpredictable water conditions and wildlife. If you choose to swim, you do so at your own risk and must remain within 12 feet of the dock at all times.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Guests have private access to the entire home, decks, backyard, and lakefront.
• Self-managed property: Hosts are off-site but available through APPS messaging or by phone for emergencies.
• No nearby public transportation. Personal vehicles, Uber, or Lyft are recommended.
