“The listing mentions entire apartment but it is a motel. Good for a motel , but listing needs to be accurate. There was no daily room cleaning.”

“The location of the place is great and very convenient. I did have a few issues during my stay that I wanted to share as feedback. Parking was a bit challenging, so it would be helpful to have clearer instructions or information about parking options, especially for guests with SUVs or larger vehicles. There was also quite a bit of loud intimate noise coming from the neighboring room very early in the morning, which woke me up and made it difficult to fall back asleep as the noise...

“A good location: quiet, safe. The property has a modern design flair and very clean, with adequate amenities. The communication with owners was effective and timely. I would recommend placing thicker curtains for the first floor windows so that whoever sleeps at the sofa bed can enjoy darker sleep”

“As a fellow VRBO owner, I felt the ID requirements and such were a bit much. I felt like it was a TSA Pre-Check situation...and I have TSA precheck. The insurance and deposit should cover the owner just fine to avoid this concern. The stay was pleasant and the place was spotless. It was some good downtime, even though it was a work trip. Vince, the owner, was very quick to respond and helpful.”

“Host was kind and accommodating, with that said it’s under the hosts house so it’s noisy and the noise lasted until around 11:30…. Nothing crazy just some dogs and doors slamming , I think they were grilling out. I have no problem with the activity except started at 9:30Pm and went on until nearly midnight. I have two kids with me so it was not ideal in my situation. House was set up great, yard was fabulous, parking was lovely, hot tub I did not swim in although I brought my own chemicals it...

“Photo of couch has been edited. It’s half the size of the picture. There is no lighting down walk way to the place. Best of luck finding parking anywhere close by. Be careful climbing the ladder to the bed as the ceiling is about 3’ high when you get to the top. The location is really good. It was clean. Definitely not a place I’d rent again.”
