  • Just 1 mile off of I-80 check out a lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day, whether it is work or play in the cozy living room with a 65” smart tv offering all the latest streaming subscription like Netflix.

    Awake refreshed and ready in one of our 7 total beds for a day exploring the outdoors via this clean, sunny updated ranch. Head out and take short ride to the nearby SSRT ATV trails or plan a day exploring the local Black Moshannon state park for some Hiking or fishing.

Wonderful stay again! It is our go to place when visiting Penn State. We have stayed with Gio several times and each time the communication with him is excellent and the house is clean and adorable.

Weekend Getaway

This house was wonderful! It was so clean and had everything we needed. It was a great location and not a bad drive to Main Campus. The beds were also very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Great place, you won’t be disappointed

Great place, exactly as pictured. Was very clean, neat and organized. Very affordable. We appreciated the extras such as water, coffee, soda and snacks. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great location for visit to Penn State

The drive from PSU to this location was gorgeous and easy The home was very clean, very detail oriented and offered so much to make the stay very pleasant. We enjoyed being there and would absolutely come back. The owners were easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a nice and comfy place to stay.

Long weekend fishing trip.

We found the property to be exactly what we were looking for. The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to our fishing destinations. The host provided plenty of coffee and snacks, and the air conditioners in each bedroom were much appreciated given the weather. We had absolutely no issues or complaints and would happily stay again if we return to this part of the country.

House was very clean, had everything we needed, can ride atv directly from the house no trailering is a huge plus. Check in and check out couldn’t have gotten any easier.

Nice short getaway

This is my husband and son’s second stay here and enjoy the place. Clean and great location. Would only recommend adding a washer and dryer for guests to access. Will definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing your property!

Short trip to visit kids at Penn State

The place was great. It was so quiet and clean. We got to hang out with our two older kids and relax for the weekend. Plenty of space to watch some shows with the beautiful fireplace. It was so warm and cozy. Will definitely rent this property again.

Super Clean & Modern!

I recently stayed at this property, and it was everything I could have asked for. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and had a modern feel to it. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bedrooms were very nice & had new linens. It was close to State College (~30 minutes), yet far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect rental for our family ! We used this rental when we moved multiple children back to Penn State for the school year. Little outside the Penn state area with a 30 min or so drive but it was worth it. The home was exactly as described on the listing, very clean well equipped home. Lovely sitting area out back, even provided simple snacks and drinks which were a huge hit with our college students. We will definitely utilize this rental again for future visits to the kids, Thanks again

Penn State sophomore son move in

We wanted to stay outside of state college and the craziness of all the traffic. What an amazing place! Beautifully decorated, comfy beds and very clean. Having a glass of wine on the back patio and watching the sun set in the hills was awesome!!

Here for Penn State football. Very pleasant and comfortable accommodations. We especially enjoyed the firepit. One suggestion, expand TV selections. Otherwise, a lovely getaway.
