Management was fantastic about letting us know about a week or two ahead of time that there were plumbing issues and we would need to stay in a different unit. They were SO thoughtful and communicative, making sure the new place had all we needed to have the kids/adults be comfortable in the new place with a different layout than the original one. They even refunded half of our trip for the inconvenience & to make up for the fact that the place we stayed at wasn't as "nice" (updated) as the original. Chamonix is where we were supposed to stay, so I can't speak to that particular unit, but the management company made everything worth it for sure. They even called to follow up after our trip was over. Honestly, 10/10.
