This well-maintained condo offers an ideal living space for your slopeside getaway. Whether you're in the area for skiing, snowboarding, or hiking, this condo will put you in the heart of it all. The floorplan is open and seamless, with an easy flow between rooms. Venture into the living room after a fun-filled day on the slopes. The generously sized sectional couch leaves plenty of space for everyone to completely relax and make themselves at home. Watch a movie on the flatscreen TV or take a break from screentime and simply enjoy the ambiance of the flickering fireplace. The light gray and white brick fireplace creates a cozy ambiance in this mountainside setting. A covered balcony extends from the living area with glass doors that allow plenty of light and scenery to flow in. Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic.
There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines.

This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner.
