  • The first impression upon entering Top of the Village Trails 306 is the bright and airy ambiance created by the vaulted ceilings, a feature of this top-floor residence. The eclectic artwork and light-colored furnishings enhance the open feel of the living room. Situated on the top floor of the Trails building, this residence offers a sense of seclusion with the slopes of Snowmass Mountain as the only reminder of nearby civilization. This 1,080-square-foot residence includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed and a private bathroom, while the guest bedroom has two twin beds (which can be combined into one bed) and built-in bunk beds, with a hallway bathroom nearby. The living room, equipped with a sleeper sofa, has a gas fireplace, washer/dryer and is complemented by a fully equipped kitchen.

This was a perfect for our family of 5. Beautiful views. Easy to shuttle to snowmass village mall. The condo was very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend!

Perfect location, clean comfy spot!

We stayed for a week and felt extremely comfortable right from the get go. Cleanliness, new bathrooms, kitchen had all the gadgets needed for our stay. Not only was the sofa great for watching movies and early skiers, but even the bunk beds were comfy! The high ceilings were a beautiful touch. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Snowmass condo

We stayed for only 2 nights as we prepared for a big hike and couldn't have been happier. The condo was super clean, updated and the kitchen was stocked with high quality supplies for cooking. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The only thing that would have made the stay even more pleasant is ceiling fans as the rooms were warm and the box fans were loud. The folks at the reception were super nice and always happy to share info etc. Highly recommend and hope we can return sometime!

Daily Gathering

We came to bring the family back together in Aspen. We couldn’t have asked for a better weather week or a more comfortable and accommodating staff. Beautiful place. Loved the set up. Everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Beautiful balcony with a ton a wildlife! Hope to be able to go again soon. Staff was wonderful and check in was surprisingly simple.

Cozy and home-like

This property was cozy and so great. I visited with a friend and we enjoyed that we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The land around the property was so quiet and scenic. We were able to take hikes from directly behind the building. The condo had a fully equipped kitchen and

Cozy condo in Snowmass

Stayed two nights in September. It was the perfect place for my husband, adult daughter and me. There is an elevator, which is helpful since the condo is on the third floor. There is also a dedicated parking space, so you never have to worry about finding parking. Very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable, with additional pillows found in the closet. Nice, fluffy towels in the bathrooms. Beautiful view from the living area. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Great stay right on the mountain!

My family and I arrived for a 4 night stay. Super easy check-in, easy parking, easy access. Location is a great ski-in ski-out spot - made navigating with small kids simple (not much lugging of things required!). Condo itself was clean and comfortable - surprisingly bigger than expected, which was nice!! Loved the fireplace and the living room area. It was all around cozy. My only complaint is it could use a few more items in the kitchen - baking pans and whatnot. But that’s because we tend to cook more than go out for dinners. And if that’s the biggest problem, then this place is aces. :) We’d happily go back! Thanks for a great stay!

Wow!!!

This was such an experience for my family!! The check in process was so easy the women at the front desk were so nice and accommodating. They had hot chocolate and apple cider and the pool was warm and clean! The hot tub is warm and clean! The complimentary towels smell so good and they were free to use then when we got to our room, it was absolutely incredible. The view was amazing. The host/owner was so on point and so sweet and the space itself… WOW! The whole entire area was just so clean we will definitely come back here. Thank you so much. !!!

Great place

The unit was clean and larger than expected. The balcony was a beautiful view to take in the aspens. We saw a brown bear and fox off the balcony. Highly recommend.

Everything was great! I would probably bring a few more fans next time, but the property was just as advertised and in a great location. The club house was so helpful as well.

We absolutely loved this place! Super clean, great location. It was great with the kids to be right on the slopes. We also loved the hot tub, swimming pool, sauna. Marie was easy to communicate with and quickly responded. I can’t say enough great words about this place! Can’t wait to come back!
