The home seems old and dated. The bed up the stairs from the living room was like sleeping on a floor. The management company was excellent and brought over a mattress topper. That helped. The toilet downstairs was difficult to flush. Although there is a shower head in the downstairs bath, there is not a valve/switch to turn on the shower. That tub is about 16” deep at the most, so not adequate for an adult to bathe. You can hear every footstep on the main floor from the downstairs bedroom. The mugs for coffee are really more like soup mugs. The drain in the garage was plugged. We arrived to about 4” of water in the garage. The management company responded quickly and pumped the water out. The living room was 80 degrees in the afternoon with no way to cool it off because they do not have A/C. This place was not worth the we paid for it.
