NEW GRANITE,SINK,FAUCET, flooring, hvac,lighting,, lazyboy sofas with memory foam queen mattress. BRAND NEW 55 INCH SMART TV. New paint October 2023. Washer and dryer located down the hall next to ICE MACHINE. The hot tubs are located on the first floor thru the fitness room. Best location @ Snowshoe! Starbucks in the building, Best Restaurants @ Snowshoe in building(FOXFIRE) and OLD SPRUCE!!! BEST HOT TUBS IN THE VILLAGE!! LIMITED RIMFIRE GUESTS UNDERGROUND paid PARKING($20 per day/entry) FREE parking lot outside.
    We also have a 1 bedroom located on the first floor in Rimfire.( 509099). We also a 6 bedroom house with garage located in THE SANCTUARY.

Perfect views and location!

Our family of 4 had a perfect time at this two bedroom apartment. Great view of the mountains and perfect location, right in the middle of Snowshoe village.Everything that we needed was available and the host Andrew was very responsive.

Perfect Ski Location

Great spot for our family of 4 -- easy access to top of mountain and right in heart of Snowshoe village which made the stay very enjoyable. Ski storage was a plus as well as seamless check-in process. Definitely place to stay again for a Snowshoe ski weekend!

Great 2 in 1

It would have been tight for all of us to fit in a 1 bedroom but this was like having an additional adjoining hotel room that had an extra fireplace, couch and kitchen area. It was more than enough room and helped us enjoy our stay when we weren’t out on the slopes.

The property was so conveniently located in the Snowshoe Village. We had a great time and kids loved their first time skiing. We will definitely be back!

Nice place, great location. Owner keeps up with maintenance and upgrading interior. Plenty of cooking supplies for dinning in. Will stay her again in the future.

Wonderful Time

This was our first trip to Snowshoe Mountain and we had a great time. Apartments was clean and and is very conveniently located to everything. We will be back.

Easy ski in/out location

This condo has the prettiest sunset views in all of Snowshoe! It was clean, comfy and had a fully stocked kitchen! Hot tubs not working during our stay, but overall a great experience.

Amazing

We had an amazing stay, the apartment was great and the view was AMAZING! Andy was easily to reach with any questions we had. The building itself is very nice and well located close to shops, Starbucks and skiing. If we come back to Snowshoe we will definitely stay there again.

Great Getaway!

My husband, daughters and son stayed here for a long weekend. The location was great. easy access to the entire village with a private balcony where i could sit and watch the sunset. Andy was easy to chat with, Answered me promptly and was very helpful. Definitely looking this place up again! Thank you for sharing!

Great week at Snowshoe!

We really enjoyed the unit and it’s location. Everything was as stated on the site. It was so convenient to all the slopes and restaurants at Snowshoe. We have already decided that we are coming back hopefully earlier in the season to see more snow. We definitely will stay at Rimfire again!

First Ski Trip

We had a great experience at Rimfire Lodge! We loved the location and having two gas fireplaces. The condo was well-equipped with linens and plenty of extra blankets, kitchen items for preparing family meals, and TVs in each room which was so nice with 7 people. The beds and sleeper sofas were very comfortable. Andrew was a great host and a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Snowshoe!

Holiday Weekend Getaway

We have been to Snowshoe many, many times, and we love staying at Rimfire and Highlands House. You cannot beat the location for the slopes and the amenities. Communication was great as was the check-in process. The sofa mattresses are memory foam and very comfortable which our adult children very much appreciated. There are lots of hooks for hanging jackets and gear and the floor is tile which helps with snow boots.

Great place, grim price

Months after booking 3 weekend nights the owner said the price that i reserved the place was wrong and i had 2 days to pay an additional 780 otherwise it would cancel. Never experienced this before. Not cool. Though everything else was great. It was indeed a super nice place with plenty of space and amenities.

Solid spot for family of four

We were overall very satisfied with this unit. It's in a good location in the Village, it's on the top floor at the end of the hall so it's relatively quiet. And it is more than adequate for a family of four. But things are pretty tight, not a ton of room to spread out in terms of people or gear, especially if you are using the sofa bed in the second room. Having the ski lockers is nice, but they are small - you will only be able to store skis and poles in there. Everything else will need to come up to the room. Our only issues with the unit were, admittedly, nitpicky. There wasn't shampoo provided despite the listing saying there would be. There wasn't a fresh sponge in the kitchen for washing dishes. And the unit is drafty, especially if there are high winds. I suspect this is true of all of the units in the building, not unique to this unit. But the thermostat was confusing and I don't think we ever actually got it to change, meaning we weren't able to warm the unit up to counter the draft. All this said, I'd still stay here again, no question.

Problem solved

The property owner and the managers at the location worked together and solved a problem that was beyond their control. After checking in at around 9:30 PM, we entered our room that had not been cleaned: beds undone, pizza boxes on the counter, . . . you get the picture. An independent contractor had failed to clean the room because a large event at the location had just ended. Our room had fallen between the cracks. But the managers at the location quickly found us another room for the night while the property owner paid for the new room. The property owner lost money that night on our stay. And beyond paying for the new room, he also offered us $50 off of our next stay at his property--we frequently visit snowshoe. In the end, we enjoyed our stay. Well done.
