“The unit was NOT the same as the one depicted in the photo. Additionally, as soon as we entered the unit, we noticed several examples of damage that we reported immediately. For example, the towel rack in the bathroom was actually on the floor; one of the closet doors in the bedroom was improperly installed, loose and dangling from its hinge point; the pantry door had been damaged and had painter's blue tape holding it together. The property management was extremely responsive in the beginning until I asked why 1) the listing says it can sleep 3 but we got 2 bath towels, one washcloth, and one hand towel 2) why the couch wasn’t the same, where was the chair in the living room and headboard for the bed and 3) why it was so dirty and dusty. It took an entire day for them to tell me the owner said “someone got something on the couch and they had to replace it.” Um...
