The property was pretty great. Check in was tough and had to fight to get the ground floor unit I had asked for. People above me were super loud and partners from Gorge concert came in late. I was warned they would at check in. Workers seemed nice. Lots of places to do skin and out of the lake. I would go again.

All was good except check in process. Very long wait and no early check in available. Also, expedia site said could have a dog which we brought and they just happened to have dog friendly spot left on the property.

My room had a broken air conditioner and a small noisy window unit filled the window space with a board and tape as the seal. The carpeting needed cleaning or replacement. The room was located in an older building. The picture of the resort is not was I received. The resort is located in an older, very small town. Based upon the area and the culture, this spa/resort would be considered nice. It looked like the property had changed as the signage showed two different names. Maybe the repairs are coming. Would I go back? Yes

Un hébergement original. Accueil un peu froid. Gros problème avec le bruit infernal de la climatisation dans la chambre !! Nuit compliquée. Soap lake est une ville endormie. L’hôtel donne sur le lac.

It’s too hot! They have no air conditioning in the rooms, only in the living room. It gets too hot inside when outside is 100 degrees. I couldn’t sleep at all. Then they have flies inside. I wouldn’t stay there again! Until they fix the air conditioner problem. Other then that it’s a nice property with hot tubs, saunas, gym and private area by the lake.

I have to report that the A/C in my room died the first night I was there, but the property management worked over time to get a portable unit in place, which worked very well. They weren't able to ever get the wall unit working, but the portable unit was more than adequate to the task.

They had grass and hot tubs and Soap Lake to walk in to heal the body in the mud and soak in the miners water in the tubs.

Hi please add more details as to how they were not working properly? I would say our calling card is the mineral water option in room not our hot tubs. So sorry you had issues opperating them next time please contact office DURING your stay. Thank you for yur feedback your satisfaction is very important to us.

Fun get away
We enjoyed the grounds on the first day in the 91 degrees and smeared the mud on each other. Breakfast maybe would be better to not offer any…. Day two after exploring the amazing countryside we returned to a much cooler day with high winds. After dinner we enjoyed the mineral water in the deep bathtub instead of the lake. We enjoyed our stay. Improvements are still being worked on and they all look great.

Hi thank you for your feedback, wondering why you suggest no breakfast offered? We have a great continental breakfast here served in our newly remodeled Bistro. Most guests compliment our breakfast space. So sorry about the wind, happy you enjoyed the mineral water. See you next time.

The place is cute and quaint, and well maintained. The workout room is the best I've seen with new and quality equipment. The overall feel of the place is one of peace and relaxation. The bed was super comfortable and the room neat and orderly. We will be back to check out the cabins and cottages in the future.

We love this place, it's clean and cozy, near the healing lake and if it's cool you can take hot mineral baths in the room. They have made a new gym and have 5 hot tubs outside, the area around the hotel is also very well maintained. I'll be here again. Thank you!
