Para 1 noche de paso y simplemente dormir, eso sí en una habitación doble, porque la twin tiene dos sacos de muelles por colchones. Tuvimos que pedir el cambio de habitación por la mala calidad de los colchones en lo que no se podía descansar.

This is a decent hotel for a solo traveler. The breakfast was good. The room was quiet and its close to a grocery store. There's a metro station entrance a couple of blocks away that i wished i knew about when i got there. I found it by accident. Sofia has a great underground metro system. I didn't find much to do in the area of the hotel, but its great place to venture into and out of the city center.

I used to go regularly to that hotel, because of the location. Will never go back there! July 1th the hotel doesn't have AC when is 35 degrees outside, when i called reception he said better open the window. Still cant believe that is even possible, on top on that there was a sign states that we the tax payers paid that hotel 500 000 for COVID. This hotel is NO GO forever

The hotel was difficult to find. Once we found it… the greatest things from this hotel was the gentleman at the reception desk. Kind, always available and helpful! The hotel look disappointing and do not match the pictures in the advertisement in Expedia. It’s very run down, the entrance is dark, smells like cigarettes and dirty floors. The room was clean and big. But it does need to be update. I would not recommend it…. It has potential because it’s close to the airport.

Hotel decepcionante em Sófia.
Hotel velho, mau conservado e sujo. A localização também não é boa. A única vantagem foi o fato de ter estacionamento grátis. Mas não voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel.

I stayed in the hotel for about 10 days. The single room was small but pleasant, with the caveat that the bed was SUPER SMALL. It was barely big enough for a single person, even smaller than the twin size - something important to keep in mind when booking. Another unexpected surprise - the hotel does not provide basic toiletries (soap and shampoo), so come prepared. I want to add here that there WAS a hand soap dispenser but I don't think that you can use hand soap for anything else but hands. You get one big towel and one small towel, changed fresh every day, plan your bath time accordingly. While the staff is friendly and helpful, many of them don't speak English or have very limited vocabulary. The hotel does provide breakfast but from the feedback from other guests I did not think to try it out so I can't say anything about its quality. The area around the hotel is calm and quiet with good public transport. The metro station is a few minute walk along the boulevard, there are a couple of trolley bus lines not too far either and the biggest arena is within walking distance. There are a few restaurants with good food and good prices but they are well hidden, make sure to do your research beforehand (or ask the hotel staff). The biggest disadvantage for me (big enough to discourage me visiting the country again) - smoking is tolerated pretty much everywhere, there were groups of people smoking at the entrance at all times. The hotel could do better protecting its customers.

The staff are wonderful! The cleaning staff do a superb job, and the front desk staff are very helpful. Everyone has a good attitude even on the days when the hotel is very busy. I would definitely stay here again.

Kitűnő szállás elfogadható áron! A helyszínen ingyenes parkolásra van lehetőség! A hotel étterme kiváló, de a közelben több étkezési lehetőség is van ! (20m-re étterem, 3-400m-re Domino's pizzeria) A hotelhez közel vannak a tömegközlekedési eszközök megállói ( metro,busz,troli ) amivel percek alatt a belvárosba lehet jutni! Mindenkinek ajánlom!

Cheap hotel, not far from airport. Clean, convenient and with free parking and free WIFI. It was strange that the bathroom had a shower is in one corner of bathroom and a drain is in opposite one. Overall it good for staying with car before flight. The location is not far from subway station and about 10 minutes to center of Sofia.

Free parking for guests, clean, big and quiet rooms, close to the city center and close to the airport. OK breakfast, not the best one, but it's good for the price

Fint hotel i forhold til prisen. Jeg giver dog topkarakter, fordi at jeg først havde booket forkert dato og betalt 2 gange. Ved ankomst rettede de dette uden problemer og uden omkostninger Og dertil betalte jeg ved ankomst med kreditkort, og havde glemt at jeg allerede havde betalt gennem hotel.com.(Dette vil jeg selvfølgelig have opdaget senere selv) Hotellet ringede til mig 1 time senere og informerede mig om dette og havde ringet til banken for at stoppe transaktionen. Det er service til topkarakter.
