Only 20 minutes by car to the sandy beach of Fontane Bianche and to Syracuse, with its unique history and monuments, this villa with a private pool is the ideal location for a relaxing holiday immersed in the tranquillity of the Mediterranean landscape.

Villa Lampo consists of the main villa (120 sq. m - 4 guests) and the annex (40 sq. m - 3 guests) and it has a spacious living area.

The main villa comprises an equipped kitchen (with fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, and coffee maker), a living area with dining table, open fireplace, sofas, satellite TV with X Box, and air conditioning. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with double beds, a ceiling fan, a double bedroom with two twin beds and air conditioning, and one modern bathroom with a shower and tub.
Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
From the front door, access is possible to a conservatory with a sitting area, Hi-Fi system, TV, and projector with an extendable screen.

The annexe is located 10 meters from the main villa and includes a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom furnished with a double bed and a twin bed (available for an additional fee). The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning.

Outdoor Villa Lampo shows two gazebos, one in the front of the main villa and the other one made of stone in front of the annexe. This area is perfect for outdoor dining. There is a private swimming pool (12X6 m; depth 1m - 3.50m) with a diving board and slide for children. Close to the pool, there is a tiny porch with BBQ. Next to the barbecue area, there is a dressing room with a shower and washing machine. The villa has a lush fenced garden of lemon and orange trees.

Shaded parking inside the fully fenced property. Car use is necessary. Including in the rental price of the villa, the guest can use two bicycles. A small pet is allowed, with an extra charge per stay.
