The Location - Soldiers Point es conocido por sus increíbles puestas de sol. La unidad de Harbourside es definitivamente para aquellos que buscan unas vacaciones tranquilas, románticas o relajantes. Ubicado en el extremo más occidental de la pen����nsula de Tomaree, Soldiers Point está casi completamente rodeado por el puerto, por lo que es un lugar popular para la pesca y la navegación.  Soldiers Point Marina, a solo 200 metros de distancia, ofrece instalaciones de amarre de última generación y dos restaurantes elegantes además de cafeterías. Frente a la Unidad hay un parque público con un parque infantil y canchas de tenis, que están disponibles para alquilar durante todo el año. Great location and views.

Great location - only 15m to the pristine beach and clear, clean water. Very quiet and great views. We were on the ground floor which was ideal for leaving our kayaks right outside our rooms.

This was Paradise rediscovered

Right on the top of The Bay at Soldiers Point. 20 yards from the front door to the water across nice soft grass. A beach to jog on and walk on and the water always welcoming. Quiet and cosy and the other folk in the complex ensured that one could engage in as much conversation as needed or to spend time relaxing and resting. Unit was very comfortable and the afternoon breezes ensured the temperature inside was always comfortable. This is a great part of the world.

Peaceful, private and relaxing

Great location and comfortable for the family. Unfortunately the DVD player was faulty and the kids were unable to watch any of the supplied DVDs but they had other technology options. Place was now at and tidy although we did find it odd the beds were not made so we had to make all the beds after 9pm on arrival.

A nice little sandy beach at front. Would love to come back.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is revolting. The main bedroom smells so bad I couldn’t sleep in it. The dishes were mostly dirty and many things need repair. The doona cover had strange yellow stains and the pillow cases had orange crusty stains.The hot water tap in the toilet leaked and the dryer doesn’t work properly, turning off and clothes come out more wet.The screen is falling off the sliding doors letting all the mosquitos in. The key won’t come out of the front door without holding part of the lock in.The pictures are VERY deceiving, would not recommend to anyone. Not to mention you have collect the key 20minutes away from the property.A complete waste of money!

Great value

For the cost of accommodation this listing is great value. Right on the beach. The property amenities are dated, the beds are average but you can sleep listening to the ocean. It smelt musty on entering but a good airing out sorted that problem. Does not have air conditioning, ceiling fans only. Easily accommodated our family of four. We will be staying again.

Nice place for not fussy people. Tranquil on weekdays, a bit crowdy on weekends.

Pros: waterfront, views, comfy bed and linen, modern TV, cafes 200m away, self-contained kitchen, lock up garage. Cons: place needs some TLC, dusty fans, bedsides, sliding doors and fly screens, smelly carpets, light in the bathroom faulty, soap/shampoo/toilet paper not provided.
