The award-winning Soldiers Point Marina is just 500m away, with state-of-the-art facilities and a selection of dining options, and the Wanda shops are just 2.5km away and offer a grocery shop, bakery, butcher, hairdressers, take-aways and a bottle shop. For further holiday action including dolphin watch cruises and a championship golf course, Nelson Bay township is approximately 11kms away.



This lovely, fresh and welcoming unit offers a cosy open living area consisting of a dining area, lounge area with ceiling fan and flat screen TV and a well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. The dining area leads out to an undercover balcony that overlooks both the pool and the beautiful waters of the bay – cook a casual dinner on the gas BBQ and sit on the outdoor furniture to dine alfresco in the fresh ocean breeze.
