The beautiful holiday house consists of a light-flooded living/dining room, a very well-equipped, open-plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 of them with 2 single beds, which are pushed together to a double bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning with heating option, a TV, a baby cot and a high chair (both on request). In the outdoor area there is a covered terrace, a rooftop terrace and a balcony with breathtaking views of the mountains and the sea. Enjoy your meals together with a glass of full-bodied wine and relax on the sun loungers. A bar and a restaurant are 350 m away and the nearest supermarket is 1 km or a 4-minute drive from the accommodation. The area is perfectly quiet and cosy - and yet it is only a 10-minute walk from the centre of Puerto de Sóller, a 10-minute drive from the city of Sóller and 40 minutes driving from the airport of Palma de Mallorca. The nearest sandy beach, Platja d'es Través, is 500 m away, where you can listen to the sound of the sea and leave everyday stress behind.
