The Retreat on the Patuxent is an ideal place to get away for peaceful relaxation, while being conveniently located near the restaurants and attractions at Solomons. My mom loved the upstairs bedroom/bathroom suite, and the downstairs bedrooms were spacious for me, my sister, and her husband. “Brett was by far the best host I’ve ever interacted with on VRBO. There was consistent communication before, during, and after our stay to make sure I had the best experience possible. The cabin was also wonderful. It is an old cabin with tons of charm and character. The water views are as awesome as the pictures show. “We stayed here for 2 nights with 3 other couples. Bedrooms are very spacious. There are 2 rollaway beds and it looks like a pack n play as well for families with kids. Both couches pull out into beds. Everything was perfect for our needs. You can fit 3 cars in the front driveway but there’s also 2 spots available behind the house. You can also see the Bay from the front windows. Close to stores and gas as well. Would definitely recommend! ”
