He told us that he had double-booked the apartment, was very sorry, and that this was the first time it happened. We contacted VRBO Support by phone, and they were very helpful at finding another place to stay in the same town.”

“Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, genau wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage direkt am See in Marone ist nicht zu übertreffen. Der Ort ist nicht zu Touristisch aber alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Ein wunderbarer Ort zum entspannen. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir werden wiederkommen.”

“Marina is an impeccable host; very responsive and provided excellent customer service. She helped us navigate parking our vehicle and obtaining the ZTL and provided local area guidance. The location of her place is fantastic; we walked everywhere we wanted to go. There was some road noise but a white noise machine at night did the trick for this light sleeper. Bergamo is beautiful and we had a wonderful visit there!”
