Lakeview Villa @ Hidden Valley Resort

Welcome to Lakeview Villa, a spacious house with large groups as the basis for the remodel. 3 bedrooms offer sleeping space for adults, while the 4th was designed for kids with 6 twin beds, a Smart TV, sectional couch, & a variety of games. The kitchen is equipped to feed a crowd; the living area offers plenty of seating, a small bar, & gas fireplace; and best of all, the deck has a peaceful view of the lake & provides access to the fire pit. Lakeview Villa is truly a year-round vacation home. Lakeview Villa is a dog-friendly ranch/split level home located near the base of the slopes at Hidden Valley Resort. Guests can gain entry to the house through the ground level mudroom, or through the front entries on the deck. The kitchen, dining area, and living area are on the front side of the house and easily flow from one area to the other. This portion of the house has two access points to the front deck. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the backside of the house on the upper floor. Guests can access the upper floor via two sets of steps: one in the entryway of the house, and the other in the living room. The kid's suite is located on the far left side of the house above the mudroom. This expansive room offers two sets of bunk beds, each with a twin trundle bed underneath. This room can comfortably sleep 6 people. The huge sectional couch and large Smart TV provide a comfortable place for lounging. The table, board games, and shuffleboard table offer plenty of entertainment. Just across the hall, guests have access to a jack-and-jill style bathroom with a full vanity and modern tile shower. Guests using the primary bedroom also have access to this bathroom, as well as a private attached bathroom. Down the hall from the primary bedroom is another full bathroom with a walk-in tile shower, pedestal sink, and stackable washer/dryer set. This bathroom is typically shared between guests using bedrooms 2 and 3, which are adjacent to the bathroom. The primary bedroom also features a king-size bed with adjustable bed frame, and two large wardrobes for storage. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with a twin trundle bed. The third bedroom offers a full bed with a twin trundle bed. Overall, the house can comfortably accommodate 14 guests and one dog. Linens for all beds are provided, as well as extra blankets and pillows. Bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths are provided for each guest. Each bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A limited supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, and dish detergent are provided. Guests may want to bring additional stock of these items. One dog is permitted per reservation. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and should not be left unattended. Dogs should be supervised, in control, and on a leash when outside of the house. Guests are required to clean up after their pet.
