The beautiful, open area is also suitable as a sunbathing lawn where you can catch the sun's rays, as well as a great place for children to run around. The big highlight of the outdoor area is of course the shimmering turquoise pool, which is perfectly situated on the large sun terrace (10 m long, accessible via wide steps, maximum depth between 0.60 m and 1.60 m). Here you can leave everyday life far behind you, swim a few refreshing lengths and then relax on one of the sun loungers by the pool in the Mallorcan sun. After spending time by the pool, you can make yourself comfortable on the terrace under the vine-covered awnings and read a holiday book or have a snack. To the side of the house there is another semi-open terrace with a dining table and a fantastic view of the rolling hills in the distance. Next to the kitchen and with a large barbecue, this is a lovely spot, perfect for al fresco dining.

Behind the gallery is the third bedroom with adjoining bathroom and direct access to the balcony, which offers a wonderful, unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside.
