Not only the nearby sea is ideal for swimming and splashing around, but also the spacious, sloping pool, surrounded by impressively tall palm trees and fragrant lavender bushes: Thanks to the considerable length of the pool, it's a wonderful place to swim laps or simply relax on the lilo with a cocktail in hand.

Most of the rooms are located on the ground floor; there is only one further living room on the upper floor. On the ground floor you will find the entrance area, which welcomes you with a friendly "Hola", a bathroom, a small living room and the spacious, combined living and dining area with two cosy sofas. From here you can either watch TV or be enchanted by the open fire, while the chic dining table with comfortable wicker chairs invites you to enjoy long meals together. Speaking of eating: Right next door is the superbly equipped designer kitchen with a practical cooking island and bar stools. All four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are furnished in a pleasantly understated style with carefully selected home accessories, making you feel right at home.



Costa dels Pins, the settlement in which your holiday home is located, is considered a particularly popular and quite exclusive residential area on Mallorca. The village offers a beautiful landscape with many small bays and beautiful beaches, but also peace and relaxation away from the tourist crowds. You can reach the lively holiday resort of Cala Millor along the road that can be heard from the villa.
