Efforts to contact the hotel failed because of that. When I found the correct number on Google and called, I was told that the shuttle was not available at 3 AM to pick me at the airport. Yet the listing made no mention of what times it is available. They could not cancel my reservation either. ”

“I booked this property after talking with the reception about availability of the Gym. When I got down the first day to exercise, they said the gym was not available. I stayed three nights and there was no gym. I was given a strange reason of air-conditioning not working as the reason for closing the gym. “The stay was terrible, this should not be listed as 5-star hotel. The rooms were not clean and the reception charged me additional amount confusing my booking with someone else’s. They finally adjusted the amount with all the room service I ordered but definitely a poor experience. I would not recommend this hotel as 5-star from an infrastructure, service or food standpoint. For me, this is a poor experience with expedia as I trusted the platform’s rating. ”
