Beautiful property! Perfect for a group stay for a friend’s wedding. Clean. Comfy beds. The pool was perfect with the attached hot tub. Kitchen was really well equipped. Definitely recommend!

Sonoma Birthday Trip

We had a great time as a family of 8 in this home. It’s a perfect location to hit all the wineries in Napa as well as Sonoma.

Beautiful Property

The property was private and peaceful. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The lawn and pool area were icing on the cake. I look forward to staying here again.

Amazing Sonoma Stay

This house and property is absolutely amazing! It was perfect for a long weekend with friends to relax by the pool, watch movies in the back house, and great location to explore Sonoma. Highly recommend!

Immerse Yourself as a Sonoma Local

This property is close to town and is beautifully maintained. The house was clean and comfortable, kid friendly. We enjoyed many wonderful restaurants in town as well as wineries. Highly recommend.

Quaint & comfortable

Stylish and comfortable beds. Pool and hottub were wonderful. Barn unit would be more useful for guests if there were indoor stairs to connect, a full indoor bathroom for use especially at night, and window AC/heat.

Great Stay

The house was very big, updated with all the latest amenities and well stocked. The barn was a big hit with the kids and the pool looked very enticing too (we didn't get the chance to use it though). Will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone who is looking for an awesome place to stay in Sonoma.

The house was beautiful. We had a wonderful time and no trouble checking in or out. The beds and pillows were so comfy!!! Only one towel was provided per person, but there were also beach towels for the pool. There were spices, olive oil, sugar and coffee and tea in the pantry. Make sure to bring foil, zip locks or plastic wrap to put food away if you plan on cooking. The bedroom above the barn is accessed via outside stairs and you have to go down the same stairs to use the bathroom in the barn. It’s not connected to the bedroom loft. There is a beautiful outdoor shower and a fire pit. Overall a beautiful home!

Fantastic Wine Country Estate

We had an awesome stay at this home. It was conveniently located, spacious with plenty of well-appointed living spaces, and had all the comforts of home. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings and overall condition of the home was excellent! It was too cold to use the pool space but it was beautiful for warmer weather. We loved the stay and would definitely go back! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Beautiful Property

The property is beautiful. It was conveniently located to some great Sonoma wineries and shopping. The pool, hot tub and fire pit were lovely and we enjoyed having coffee, wine or meals on the patio. We experienced some intermittent issues with internet connectivity, which was not corrected during our stay. The bed and pillows were not super comfy but that’s subjective. Overall, great experience and we would stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was absolutely beautiful and so spacial and clean. It literally had everything we needed. The pool, fire pit and bar were lovely amenities. I would highly recommend this home and will definitely be back. It made our trip to wine country extra special.

Lovely home. Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent a weekend with bookclub girlfriends and had a wonderful time in this lovely home. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room. Beautifully decorated and appointed with all the things you need. Truly a find!

Amazing experience

We loved it here. Beautiful surroundings and very comfortable but chic inside. Everything from the kitchen amenities to the beds and linens were lovely. The pool was spectacular. If there was one thing I would comment on it is that the hot tub isn’t hot. The communication with the property management was terrific. Make sure you download the app as directed as all required instructions are there and it makes it very easy to navigate everything.

Beautiful house and wonderful setting.

Everything about this home was exactly what we hoped for. Comfortable beds, clean house, plenty of space, well stocked kitchen and an absolutely beautiful location. The only area that could use improvement is at the pool. The pool itself is wonderful, However there is not one speck of shade and the 4 lounge chairs that are provided are not usable as they have metal bars beneath that make it impossible to lay on. A pergola or heavy duty umbrellas and some comfortable lounge chairs (at least 6) would make this house a perfect 10!

Wine Country Trip

The property was as indicated in the on line pictures. There were enough beds to accommodate our party of 7. The location was so convenient to wineries, food and shopping. The one critique is the hit tub did not get hot enough to use. One suggestion is to convert sitting area off one if the bedrooms into an en suite. Another is to put stairs inside barn to bedroom. Overall a great property and I would recommend this property.

Beautiful Sonoma farm house

Our family of 6 enjoyed this lovely home in a countryside neighborhood close to Sonoma Plaza. Property was fantastic- even better than the pictures! Home was well equipped, beds comfortable, and outdoor space was amazing. Sure wish that the barn had a bathroom- both boys wanted to sleep out there! We were there during the Kincaid fires and luckily remained safe and got updates on conditions frequently. Sad that we couldn’t stay on last night due to power outages. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Beautiful property

The property is absolutely beautiful and a perfect location. It’s somewhat private and secluded slightly outside of town. Wonderful amenities for entertaining. Well-stocked kitchen. The only recommendation I have is that it sleeps 10 and it only has two indoor bathrooms with showers. I really enjoyed the outdoor shower but not all of my party did. Also the pool had a film of black over the tile. i’m not sure if it was dirty or just looked dirty, but it was uninviting. It was perfect for our group of 7 for a 40th bday and the barn with its entertainment room was a huge bonus!!

Property is beautiful however we experienced several issues. 1) the plumbing at this property is awful. At one point 2 of the three bathrooms stopped working. We called to have someone come out. AdvantStay was unable to get someone out until the following day which caused us some issues as there was 7 adults and 4 children sharing one bathroom... not ideal. We asked if we could call 24/7 plumbing service and they said yes if we wanted to pay for the service.. 2. A light fixture fell out of the ceiling above the couch while the kids were laying down watching tv. 3. The microwave broke two plates in half. Advant claimed the plates were not microwavable safe however under the plates they state "microwavable safe".

Hits and misses

It’s a beautiful property and the house + furnishings met expectations, and were true to pictures. That said, some of the details missed the mark for a high end vacation stay and customer service from the management company was brutal. Misses: no guide book in the house to orient guests, Wi-Fi is slow and sometimes didn’t connect at all, TV wouldn’t connect to internet or any streaming services, pool and hot tub were not usable (hot tub not hot and no instructions on how to control heat), coffee maker didn’t match the coffee pot. The most frustrating thing though was customer service, I reached out multiple times with issues, and all I got back was a text message to placate but they didn’t nothing to address any issues. Will book my next vacation stay with AirBnb where I can interact with a host who takes pride in their place and responds when you engage.

Great property and well cared for!

We came as a group of 6 ladies to celebrate our 40th in Sonoma. This property was definitely a gem. The only downside was it was a little further from downtown Sonoma than I had guesstimated on the google maps prior to booking. The pros (so many!) - really comfortable beds, and spacious bedrooms - each bedroom has a private space (either a balcony or a patio) - tons of outdoor space to enjoy - the barn with gameroom was a nice add - the pool was great and the embedded spa/hottub heats up nicely - the kitchen was well stocked in terms of appliances, pots, pans, plates etc for those who are big cooks or want to hire a private chef - the couches were super comfy - the neighborhood was quiet - felt safe going for a jog in the morning Small consideration for anyone planning on using the bonus bedroom in above the barn here is no bathroom in there. Maybe its because of our age, but hard to imagine having someone sleep out there since there is no toilet. -
