The house was beautiful. We had a wonderful time and no trouble checking in or out. The beds and pillows were so comfy!!! Only one towel was provided per person, but there were also beach towels for the pool. There were spices, olive oil, sugar and coffee and tea in the pantry. Make sure to bring foil, zip locks or plastic wrap to put food away if you plan on cooking. The bedroom above the barn is accessed via outside stairs and you have to go down the same stairs to use the bathroom in the barn. It’s not connected to the bedroom loft. There is a beautiful outdoor shower and a fire pit. Overall a beautiful home!

Property is beautiful however we experienced several issues. 1) the plumbing at this property is awful. At one point 2 of the three bathrooms stopped working. We called to have someone come out. AdvantStay was unable to get someone out until the following day which caused us some issues as there was 7 adults and 4 children sharing one bathroom... not ideal. We asked if we could call 24/7 plumbing service and they said yes if we wanted to pay for the service.. 2. A light fixture fell out of the ceiling above the couch while the kids were laying down watching tv. 3. The microwave broke two plates in half. Advant claimed the plates were not microwavable safe however under the plates they state "microwavable safe".

Beautiful property! Perfect for a group stay for a friend’s wedding. Clean. Comfy beds. The pool was perfect with the attached hot tub. Kitchen was really well equipped. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful house, great location, some issues

The house was big and beautiful. It has comfortable furniture and great decor. Our issues were more with the management of the house. We bought coffee grounds because the listing said coffee pot but the coffee maker does not work properly. It floods the top and you have to hold the pot up to get coffee to come out. When we told management they said they would get us a new one and never did. The house does have a keurig and french press but those were not in the listing so we are unprepared with the coffee needed to use those. In addition the pool is solar heated so if it’s not sunny right before your stay It is still pretty cold. When it got sunny it did warm up. The hot tub is also solar heated. You have to hit a button to warm it up. The button lasts for about a hour and a half. The first day the hot tub was freezing and we had to wait about 5 hours and hit the button three times before it was warmed up for use. The rest of the stay it was fine as long as we hit the button a couple hours ahead. Finally we had rodents in the house eating our food. We understand that happens but again our issue was more with management’s response. When we reached out they just said that happens and we can send you traps. Which they did not send. Upon further requests the next day we did get compensated which is great. I think anyone will have a great stay here and would recommend it to others who are going to Sonoma but I think the owners may want to consider a different property manager.

Beautiful Property

Great Stay

The house was very big, updated with all the latest amenities and well stocked. The barn was a big hit with the kids and the pool looked very enticing too (we didn't get the chance to use it though). Will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone who is looking for an awesome place to stay in Sonoma.

Wine Country Trip

The property was as indicated in the on line pictures. There were enough beds to accommodate our party of 7. The location was so convenient to wineries, food and shopping. The one critique is the hit tub did not get hot enough to use. One suggestion is to convert sitting area off one if the bedrooms into an en suite. Another is to put stairs inside barn to bedroom. Overall a great property and I would recommend this property.

Amazing experience

We loved it here. Beautiful surroundings and very comfortable but chic inside. Everything from the kitchen amenities to the beds and linens were lovely. The pool was spectacular. If there was one thing I would comment on it is that the hot tub isn’t hot. The communication with the property management was terrific. Make sure you download the app as directed as all required instructions are there and it makes it very easy to navigate everything.

Beautiful property

The property is absolutely beautiful and a perfect location. It’s somewhat private and secluded slightly outside of town. Wonderful amenities for entertaining. Well-stocked kitchen. The only recommendation I have is that it sleeps 10 and it only has two indoor bathrooms with showers. I really enjoyed the outdoor shower but not all of my party did. Also the pool had a film of black over the tile. i’m not sure if it was dirty or just looked dirty, but it was uninviting. It was perfect for our group of 7 for a 40th bday and the barn with its entertainment room was a huge bonus!!

Minor issues and poor communication

The property is beautiful and comfortable but minor issues marred our stay. We could not get the hot tub to work, nor the outdoor fire pit. Some lights were out and we replaced them ourselves. I placed multiple calls to Vacasa. The call center agents were polite but we did not get a timely answer to get the hot tub fixed (there was no remote or tablet in the house) my husband finally was able to reset the temperature. Someone came next day to fix the fire pit

Wedding Week

I stayed at this home with some of my bridesmaids the week of my wedding. The property was absolutely gorgeous! The area was calm and quiet, which is exactly what I wanted. Everything was true to what was offered and we had no issues during our stay.

Beware of barn

The main house was amazing! The barn was unsalable - no air flow downstairs, No AC And the upstairs bed smells like urine. It had one of the king size beds which we were unable to use. The fireplace inside the main house was for "decoration only" which I found out just days before . The oven didnt work, but we were compensated for this. I would stay at the house again but truly only accomades about 6 ppl if some are couples and will be sharing beds, if not sharing beds accomates 4. Location was also great. Pool and hot tub were great!

Wine county getaway

The house was perfect for a 40th Birthday girls weekend. The house was clean and nicely decorated. I was worried the pool and spa would be too cold, but the spa warmed quickly once we set the temp on the tablet. We were excited to use the barn for games but there were too many months in it at night. Be aware that no activity is allowed outside (pool, spa, firepit) during quiet hours(10p-8a). Quiet hours were listed when I rented the house but I would never have guessed that would include not using amenities. I would still highly recommend staying out the house if you are looking for a quiet weekend in wine country.

Amazing house!

Great getaway

We really enjoyed staying at this property for a weekend getaway with friends and family. The space was clean and very accommodating (everything you could think of was in the kitchen ready to go)! We did have a slight problem with the garbage disposal, but they were incredibly communicative and sent out a repairman to take a look. Would definitely return

Updated, convenient, clean, and safe pool gateaway!

Stayed here for a week with kids and grandparents. Pool and spa were great for kids. WiFi was strong in the main house (although we needed a MiFi in the barn). Kitchen was well appointed with cookware, cutlery, and glassware (including glasses for the pool). Minor drawback was that barn does not have a bathroom (so plan ahead if someone will be sleeping in that bedroom). But barn was a great place to work.

Do not rent from this company (Turnkey)

While the house was beautiful, the issues that we had with the rental management company overshadowed any enjoyment of the property. Our pre-scheduled trip unfortunately happened to fall during the Glass Fires. TurnKey was completely inflexible to the natural disaster and was unwilling to offer any refund or cancellation exception even with an ACTIVE evacuation in effect. They maintained this position even after escalating and speaking to supervisor LaCretia (who was extremely rude and unhelpful). After researching this company this seems to be a common theme. Turnkey will have you fill out piles of paperwork AFTER you book your stay to ensure all liability is placed on the RENTER, including any unforeseen circumstances such as A PANDEMIC or NATURAL DISASTER. Luckily, we were able to move forward with our stay even with the active fires. Turnkey was completely comfortable with me losing over four thousand dollars regardless of the pandemic or the natural disaster, and regardless of what government mandated evacuations or quarantines are in place. They also had ZERO flexibility with check in and check out, even when the power went out for multiple hours the morning of our check out. We were unable to run the water or use the electricity for about 3 hours the morning of check out and when asking for an extended stay by only an hour to make up for lost time, they STILL required us to be out of the house by 10 AM sharp. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the headache and choose ANYONE but this company to rent from. They are too inflexible for these ever-changing times; choose a company that actually cares about their patrons especially when giving them thousands of dollars to stay at their property.
