“We arrived for our check in and the room was open. The door was unlocked… this is concerning as it was on the other side of the property. While we were unpacking a staff member used their master key and just walked in. Asked us a bunch of questions like who were we and why were we there? Then left only to come in again with the master key to educate us on how to use the deadbolt. Hot water was pretty weak and the bathroom was a tiny cell. “I don't know if the place was cleaned between occupancy. Garbage cans still full and recycling on the floor in the dining area. The counters weren't cleaned crumbs and onion skins all over. Dishes in the drying rack and the dish washer was full of dishes. The main bedroom didn't have bedding but we found it in the dryer. Tried to call the host but no answer.
