The guest suite is very spacious and bright with 1200 square feet of space. There are 2 bedrooms that sleep 4. Small dogs will have access to a fully fenced yard, or there are walking trails across the street.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking needs. There is a dedicated work space, living and dining room as well a a full bathroom.
If three separate beds are required, we can provide a comfortable inflatable bed upon request to accommodate your group's sleeping arrangements.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, the maximum occupancy for this property is strictly limited to four (4) overnight guests at all times. Infants under the age of two are exempt from this occupancy limit when accompanied by a parent or guardian, but please let us know if you are bringing an infant so that we can ensure the property is properly equipped.

Other things to note
Please note small dogs are welcome but sadly I am allergic to cats and we have a very small Shorkie that doesn't do well with big dogs.
