Casa Vermella with Pool and Terrace

We welcome you to our fully equipped house, perfect for making the most of the region. Located near the sea and cultural towns like Collioure (16 km) and Céret (20 km), it offers an exceptional 180° panoramic view over the Vallée Heureuse.



Casa Vermella (the red house in Catalan) is a true haven of peace nestled in the hills above the Mediterranean village of Sorède. You will enjoy the tranquility, the passing hikers and cyclists, the sound of cowbells and the wind in the trees, while being only a 20-minute drive from the lively beaches of Argelès-sur-Mer or the charming village of Collioure.



The house accommodates up to 6 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is a suite with a 160x200 bed, private bathroom, and direct access to a shaded patio. The three other bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed, share a bathroom with shower and bathtub. The sleeping area is separate from the living room for added peace.



The bright living room, with double-height ceiling and mezzanine, opens onto several patios. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, and bean-to-cup coffee machine.



Outside, enjoy three terraces, including one by the pool (8 x 3.5 m, depth 1.6 m, salt treatment, electric cover). Water temperature varies by season. The 2,600 m² grounds offer great privacy, but supervision is recommended with young children (pool and sloping terrain). Parking for 2 cars.



Sorède offers restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, and an excellent bakery. The area is ideal for hiking, mountain biking, canyoning, and exploring local vineyards.
