The accommodation has two bedrooms: a master bedroom with two single beds and an extra single bed and another bedroom with two single beds. In addition, there is a living room equipped with a sofa bed, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring Soria.

The accommodation also includes a fully equipped kitchen, which will allow you to prepare your own meals during your stay. There is also a full bathroom with all the necessary amenities.

The accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people, with two bedrooms perfectly equipped for you.

Guests have access to the entire property.

The services included are bed linen, towels, hand soap, gel and shampoo, toilet and kitchen paper, coffee, disinfected cleaning kit and all the necessary kitchenware and utensils.

The heating works by Heat pumps.

Some of the neighborhood`s highlights include the Alameda de Cervantes Park, the Church of Santo Domingo, the Palace of the Counts of Gómara and the Arch of San Juan de Rabanera.

In addition, it has a wide variety of restaurants, bars and stores offering typical products of the region and Spain in general. It is also a popular place for cultural events, such as concerts and festivals.

The apartment is in a privileged location in Soria, so you can walk to the Plaza Mayor, the Alameda de Cervantes Park, the Church of Santo Domingo and all the emblematic places of the city.

If you want to visit places outside the center of Soria, we recommend you to take a vehicle, as public transport within the city is not necessary.

The apartment has very good connections. If you arrive by train or bus, there is easy access to the apartment.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
