On the first floor you are welcomed by a bright living room furnished with two sofa beds, a large television and a dining table.

On this same level there is a single bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom and a second double bedroom served by an adjoining bathroom.



The independent kitchen is perfectly equipped with a gas hob, traditional oven, microwave and refrigerator, perfect for preparing all meals in complete autonomy.



An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, entirely dedicated to the main sleeping area, which accommodates four elegant double bedrooms, one of which features a private en-suite bathroom, and an additional bathroom serving the floor.



The exterior is a true oasis of wellbeing: an immense garden surrounds the property, enriched by a splendid private swimming pool, a large green lawn, a gazebo ideal for shaded moments and solarium terraces equipped with sun loungers and high-quality outdoor furnishings. • Late Check-in: for arrivals from 20:00 onwards, a supplement of €30 is charged. From 23:00 onwards, the supplement will be €50.



•Check-out: by 10:00 AM.



• Accommodation tax: to be paid on arrival, €4 per person per night.
