Aunque difícil de encontrar porque es una entradita con el letrero pequeño. Esta al lado de Armani. Francesca la recepcionista de lo más amable y atenta y habla español. La habitación preciosa y cómoda. Todo es nuevo, moderno y con excelente gusto. Los dueños gente muy agradable y preocupada por su clientela. Desayuno bueno.

Todo muy nuevo y con una ubicación fantástica.
Hemos estado 3 noches en este alojamiento. La ubicación es fantástica. A 5 minutos de la estación y justo en todo el centro. Los desayunos muy buenos con unos bizcochos caseros fantástico y un cafe muy rico.Nuestra habitación era la estándar un poco pequeña pero todo estaba super nuevo y muy limpio. El baño fantástico. Sobre todo agradecer la atención del dueño del hotel que tuvo el detalle de obsequiarnis con una botella de proseco por mi cumpleaños. Todo el personal fantástico. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Sin duda volvería a este pequeño hotel por todo lo expuesto. Saludos dd Hortensia y Daniel.

I absolutely LOVED my stay at Palazzo Tritone & Abagnal!! The room was better than what I expected and the view 10/10!! The balcony was my favorite spot of the room. This hotel is located within walking distance to all the shops Sorrento has to offer as well as restaurants, if you are looking for a great place to stay this is it!!

We have the opportunity to stay at this wonderful establishment for 5 nights. We can speak highly enough about all the people working there. Christina worker the breakfast room and she was fantastic very attentive, eager to help and just on the ball. The location is ideal, close to the train station; parking garage near by and as close as it can get to the historical city. The room we had was quiet, clean and great size. Just a short walk you will find a supermarket. There are many restaurants and shops just a 5 mins walk. We would stay here again if we find ourselves in Sorrento again.

Very noisey corridors, aircon was very old and noisey, toilet was leaking, floors in bedroom were greasy. Breakfast was absolutely disgusting. Staff were friendly. Hotel clearly needs better management.

The hotel was good and in a great location but a little small for a family of 4. Overall we were happy with the facilities and the breakfast option was a good choice. We will stay here agin when in Sorrento.

The property is central and provides quick and easy access to the attractions offered from the beautiful city of Sorrento! The staff were friendly and accommodating, breakfast was appreciated, and the hotel was clean and safe.

There was no lobby as such, top of stairs desk and a couch. No visitors can come over like other hotels. Has a breakfast room, but no other area to have our guests come and visit. Staff was great and helped with whatever we needed. Hotel is on main strip of the shopping area. Could at times be noisy at night.

Hotel was really nice and staff were very polite and helpful. Parking was chaotic. The information provided at booking needs to include the address to the parking lot as it made it really difficult to bring belongings into the hotel.

For a boutique hotel, this was not what we expected. Be prepared to haul luggage up steep stairs and then take turns going up the tiny elevator to the room. No shampoo, lotion or amenities of any sort, which is odd for the price point. The description says a mini bar but ours consisted of a coke and water.

Hotel, area and service was great! the only issue we came across was that the water in the shower wouldn’t drain properly and the bathroom would flood but reception was good at acknowledging it. And a big thank you to the reception lady and her two sons who carried my suitcase to the train station

The property is centrally located awesome view from rooms of Main Street. Very clean, marvelous views off of cliffs. Many amazing good restaurants to eat at and shops in the area.

Staff were welcoming and the room was clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the main strip, but not noisy. The only improvement could be to breakfast, there was no butter for the rolls or ability to heat/toast the breads. Also no milk for the cereal. All in all, we had a lovely stay.

Great location, modern and charming
Steps to Piazza Tasso, close to train station -this is where you want to stay folks! A bit tight, but to be expected in this enchanting city. They do have a small elevator. Breakfast is provided (meats, eggs, fruit, pastries, coffee, cappuccino. Will provide "to go" -if headed to a tour. Laundry service is provided, but not on property. They were very helpful with restaurant suggestions.
