Great place and host. The condo is beautifully decorated in a contemporary style. It was clean and had all the conveniences we wanted, a closet and drawers, spacious bathroom with room for our toiletries, a kitchenette, heating and air conditioning. It also has a spacious balcony overlooking a beautiful garden and very quiet. The whole place is filled with natural light. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Sorrento. We loved Maxi, the host. He was present when we came and left and available to us all the time either in person or via WhatsApp. He helped us with information and even got us a long distance taxi to our next location with a nice discount. All other taxis we checked were more expensive. We recommend him and would go back to hips place again.

Very spacious apartment in the heart of Sorrento. Modern inside (the building itself is part of an old castle) and clean. Bedroom is a loft so there are stairs to climb. Verandah is private with beautiful views of orchard. The host, Massimo, who owns the apartment was very friendly and contactable on WhatsApp. Will definitely visit again!

I stort sett ett bra boende
I det stora hela var det en bra vistelse. Kunde varit renare och mera porslin. Samt fick be om byte av handdukar och påfyllnad av toapapper då vi bodde där i 8 dagar. Värden var vänlig och hjälpsam.

Location location location
This stay had everything we needed for the week. The location was perfect with a 5 minute walk to the port and a 10 min walk to the train station. Loved the balcony for our morning coffees. Again the location couldn’t be more perfect. When we come back we will definitely stay here again!

Our stay here was amazing! Beautiful place, super convenient, staff so friendly and helpful. The patio especially stood out. Only comment is that the A/C unit's location, due to the ceiling/wall structure, didn't allow airflow to the upstairs bedroom, so we were hot at night. (but to note, we like it very cold when sleeping so this might be personal preference) Overall, thanks for a great stay!

Such a cute apartment , near many great restaurants and shopping . Max was very helpful in orienting us to area and recommending places to go . Great home base for trips to Capri and Positano- we loved Sorrento and this place 😊

Max the owner was very friendly very nice place clean and quiet lovely kitchen and big Shower.and close to everything. Could not fault the place. The only thing is you have to leave at 10.00am on your leaving day which is quiet early as our flight wasnt till 9.00pm in the evening. I would stay there again.

The location was fantastic, just a few steps two wonderful restaurants and about one block to look out over the sea. The communication and help from the manager was exceptional, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Spacious and clean. Right in the centre of the old town, but quiet inside the property. Massimo was fantastic - helpful with directions pre-check in, and good advice for the local area, even helped us sort out arrangements for our next destination. We would stay again.

Called Masimo (owner) from Sorrento station - clear directions had us to the property within 10 minutes walk. Masimo was at the door to meet us and introduce the place - really helpful and very informative. Situated in a fantastic central location. 5 minutes walk from main square. 2 minutes from two promenades overlooking the beaches and the escalator to the marinas. Quiet and peaceful private terrace - wonderful 7 day stay.

Great apartment and location!
Great location, easy to walk to everything. Restaurants, shops, beach, transportation right outside our door. Service was wonderful, apartment was spacious and perfect for our stay.

This property was bright clean and modern with all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. The property was cleaned every morning to a very high standard. The property is full of character and I particularly loved the location in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Sorrento and close to the marina and beach. The hosts were amazing and could not do enough to make our stay as comfortable and smooth as possible. Their friendliness, helpfulness and kindness made our stay in Sorrento second to none. We are coming back next year!

....because it is fab!!!
The location was perfect. We could hear no noise from the accommodation as there is no traffic in that part of the town. Would love to return to Sorrento one day, because it is fab.....would love to stay in Sorrento Guest House again, because it is fab!!! Our host was friendly, kind and helpful.

Perfect location in th heart of Sorrento
Fabulous guest house, perfect location right in middle of lovely Sorrento. About 10-15 mins walk from station. Sorrento is an ideal place from which toexplore the Amalfi coast. The room was perfect and the host Massimo delightfully helpful in every sense, contacted us before re arrival time, met us; a lovely man and a lovely guest house..would fully recommend. Thank you

Great place to stay. Host was wonderful, welcoming and informative. Lovely entrance. Lift. Two story apartment, with lots of space, kitchen, air-conditioning. Location was ideal. Step out into the shops, restaurants, short walk to the marina. Would stay there again.

Fantastic!
What a great place to stay to see Sorrento and the Amalfi coast! The suite is part of a palazzo or family space with s large open are atrium as you open the front door. The suite we stayed in was spacious and extremely clean with a kitchenette that allowed us to relax and prepare some of our meals on the outside terrace/balcony. We stayed for here days and could have stayed several more! It’s centrally located and close to great shops and restaurants, and a great ocean overlook is just minutes down the street. The view from the back is lovely as the backyard is full of fruit trees- orange, lemon and medlar. There is a beautiful old church next door which gives the property lots of privacy. Enjoy!

Allez-y sans crainte, c'est un super endroit!
Wow! Super petit appartement. Massimo est une perle d'hôte. Très sympa, présent et nous a donné plein de bon conseil resto et pour l'achat de limoncello. C'est de loin la chambre qui j'ai apprécié le plus dans tous mes voyages jusqu'à présent. Très différent de l'hotel tradionnelle, hôte plus que gentil, propre, situé très près du centre touristique et du port, tranquille malgré l'endroit (la chambre est en 2ème étage, vitre insonorisé). Bref, très mais très recommandable!

Perfect central apartment for amalfi coast trip
Our stay at Sorrento Guest House was fantastic. We would certainly come back again! The room was huge and more of an apartment than a hotel room. There were many amenities and I particularly enjoyed the balcony. The wifi worked very well and the kitchenette was very functional for small meal purposes. Don't plan to actually cook anything but it works for breakfast or making coffee. Ours was two floors which made for plenty of space and the bathroom was huge. The service was also fantastic as they were very nice and spoke perfect English. Finally, the location on Via Tasso cannot be beat. It was less than steps away from the heart of Sorrento! We will be back!

Perfect Location
The Sorrento Guest House was in a great location within easy walking distance to all the sights, restaurants, and the lift down to the ferries. Massimo was very helpful. The room was nice with a great bathroom and large shower. However, having a loft bedroom with the bathroom downstairs was not convenient.

Bel appartement tranquille au cœur de Sorrento!
Pour l'emplacement, c'était excellent, au cœur du quartier touristique, près du port, de la gare et des petites plages. De très bons restaurant et des petites épiceries tout près. L'appartement était fonctionnel, propre. Nous avons adoré! Merci à Massimo, qui était là pour nous accueillir lors de notre arrivée. Nous l'avons apprécié, poli, discret etc... Pour notre part, il ne manquait qu'un deuxième fauteuil pour s'asseoir et une tablette dans la douche pour déposer les produits, savon et shampoing. Sinon tout était parfait!

Good apartment-style hotel in Sorrento
The room has all the amenities needed for long or short-stays (such as a kitchenette), except an on-site washer for laundry (we had to go to a pay laundromat about 5 minutes away to wash clothes). Bed is located on the 2nd level of the suite. Balcony opens up to the streets of Sorrento, with a 10 minute walk down to the marina for great views and restaurants, 15 minute walk to the Circumvesuviana train station and just steps away from all the shops/restaurants that downtown Sorrento has to offer. Manager was able to be contacted via Whatsapp to answer any questions we had during our stay.

Old building but not charming
The unit is in an old building without charm. Our loft unit was cramped and dreary with little natural lighting. The loft area would not be suitable for tall people. The unit is well located approximately half way between the train station and the port with many restaurants and shops in the area. The owner was friendly and tried to be helpful.

The palace is very appreciated by a lot of people and many ask to take a photo, so, it is "not charm" for you (this is your point of view). Your unit is 35 square meters, and the window is high more than 2 meters and large 1.60. I remember you told me that you don't like Sorrento, I think, this area cannot please to everyone. Thank you for your review.

Clean hotel
The room was nice and location good. But the wifi was bad and there was no breakfast. So we had to get our own which is a chore. Also although we had cooking facilities we has to wash up as housekeeping does not include that. Kind of a working holiday.

The information about: "no breakfast included" and "cleaning daily, excluding kitchenette" are correctly indicated on the website of Expedia, plus, on our paperwork with terms and condition you found in every room on the wall and the staff show, at the arrival time, to the guest. We are sorry for the inconvenience of the lady, but our information are provided correctly. We think that every customer should read the information more carefully, and, in case of doubt, have to ask to the staff before make the booking. "The Phone of the lady have problem, all the other phone, tablet, etc... working well" as indicated by a professional technician. However, we are happy that the guest enjoyed the room and the location. Thank you for your stay.

Great central location close to everything
This is a lovely little one bedroom, modern apartment in an ancient building with good cooking facilities where everything workked (eg cooker, refrigerator,tv, wifi). Massimo the manager was on hand to assist guests at almost all times. His fluency in English was excellent and contact by phone or IT systems, easy.

A fantastic apartment!
We had a fantastic stay at the Sorrento Guest House. We paid a little extra for an upgraded studio room and it was worth every penny. The view from our balcony was stunning as was the overall architecture of the building. It was very central, only a few mins walk to the seafront, port, shops and lift down to the beach piers. The apartment was very quiet despite being in the hustle and bustle of the quaint old town. A real gem of a find!!

Wonderful hotel in the center of town.
The place was gorgeous, newly renovated. Convenient to everything. Massimo was just the best manager ever. It had everything you could want for a vacation... a large loft bedroom, a living area, with kitchenette, large terrace overlooking the fruit trees and lawn. Would def stay there again and recommend to my friends and family.
