The guests can contact us by e-mail. The apartment comes with a Spanish speaking apartment keeper. Normal working hours 8am - 5pm during weekdays and 8am -12pm on Saturday. The apartment keeper is there to keep apartment clean. Additional hours and duties, like cooking, ironing, babysitting could be arranged if required, but have to be paid for. There is also a management team in place to provide 24/7 Concierge services and on site assistance when and if needed.
